Terrible customer service. I booked for 5th March, I knew I was going to be 15 minutes late so an hour before the reservation I called the restaurant who told me it would be fine as long as I left before 6pm. I got there 15 minutes late as I previously said and was met by a rude young woman at the front of house who said there was nothing they could do as they had given the table away. As someone who dines at Prezzos often I have always had excellent service except this time and I am extremely disappointed especially seeing as I was with a group of friends being turnt away and making the trip. Funniest thing is half the restraunt was empty, not surprised with the service I receieved, it was a blonde young woman and one of the managers just watched the interaction without providing any assistance.

The service was very good. Polite and very friendly staff. The pasta dish was a little overcooked for my liking, but was nice and filling. The truffle fries were divine and the blackcurrant cheesecake was so delightful. Would go again.

Amazing staff, kind and welcoming. Very professional. Took our orders precisely and made sure we were well. The food arrived extremely quickly, a lot faster than expected. The food was filling and was truly delicious. Thank you.

Ordered online to collect from store and was offered a 20% discount as it was a takeaway. The Prezzo website was very frustrating and kept offering a 20% discount, yet was unable to accept the discount code. I ended up ordering at full price, and on collection the restaurant manager was polite, but totally unhelpful. I wouldn't have bothered to write a review, but the pizzas were poor value for money, at £12 each for undersized bases with meagre amounts of toppings.

The food was okay, however it was a bit bland. Goat cheese pasta was quite good, but themushroom as well as the chicken alfredotagliatelle were quite bland and needed salt andpepper to have some sort of taste. Side of fries was nothing special, quite oily.Portions were also a bit small, and were more of a starter portion but at mains price. There was also a single spaghetta in the goat cheese penne, which while harmless, suggests that pasta may be mixed in the kitchen.The bathrooms were relatively clean and comfortable, however were accessible via a narrow, winding staircase. There was also no soap in 2/3 bathrooms.The staff were kind, but clearly overworked and they seemed severely understaffed. People were hurriedly running back and forth throughout. Due to the lack of available staff, we had to wait a while before we could catch someone’s attention.We were also charged £5 for bottled water, which is quite expensive for a country with clean tap water. We were never give the option for tap water.On top of all that, a hidden £5 service charge was applied, which was a frustrating way to close off an already mediocre dining experience.

Food was amazing but there was an issue with the billing system which meant our table of 20 could not split the bill or use Tesco vouchers. At the end of a lovely meal it spoilt the experience. But the food was amazing

Tried a few places but they were all booked, so stumbled across Prezzo, it was great, lovely place, great look and service, and the food was well priced and very tasty for simple food. Served quickly and well presented- will definitely return. 😀

Lively yet peaceful atmosphere, we were sat near the entrance (I would have preferred a more secluded area) but the service was excellent and we didn't wait too long for our food. Some more variety in the menu would be nice but overall a good place to eat with reasonable prices and very kind waiters/waitresses.

The atmosphere is absolutely calming and elegant. However, the food was very basic i could honestly say you could cook it better at home. The Drinks seriously really shocked me when we ordered cocktails which didn't taste shaken or stirred. For example the mojito didn't have fresh mint it also tasted as if it was soda water with mint cordial and vodka and then sugar added which the sugar was noticeable at the bottom of the glass.The pancakes and chocolate for the kids had no wow factor for both kids and me who was going through a major sweet tooth to not even finish the dessert. I knew I would eat or drink there again🙈 but to finish on a positive note customer service was attentive and although we had to send and amend our drinks numerous of times not one display of frustration or attitude was displayed. In regards to the price of meal I would say its not worth it sadly. Hope this review helps :)

Visited for a pre Valentine's meal with husband. Great ambience and prompt service. we were made seated promptly on arrival. We order spicy pizza bites and garlic bread for starters with drinks.Liked the pizza bites but not the garlic bread. But husband liked it so no complains. Ordered a Pizza and pasta for mains. Pasta was really nice and Pizza tasted good too. Will definitely visit again.
