Raj Rani in Nottingham

Definitely the worst local takeaway, used to be great we’d order often without a problem. New owners need to get a few tips from the previous owners.2 hours 15 minutes and still waiting.Then they told me the drivers were back but didn’t know where the food was and the chef has taken ill another 20 minutes later.

So this was our first time going there for takeaway and the food was top notch, full of flavour and everyone enjoyed their meals.

Had a lot of meals delivered from raj rani. Lots. From curries to kebabs and more. Have never, never, been disappointed. Always hot and on time, and delicious. Don’t know who all the bad reviewers are, but I suspect they work at other places. This is our go to takeaway. Well done you. Good job.

Very disappointed with my order from Raj Rani tonight, rice was missing and the mint sauce in relation to the mixed kebab platter was also absent from my order, we were so looking forward to our meal 😢

Worst customer service! I placed an order which was almost £40, the wait time was ridiculous and when it arrived it was the wrong food!!!!Rang up to be told I would get a replacement meal next time I ordered, they took my name and assured that they would compensate me next time.I rang up today and they accused me of lying and apparently new management have taken over so there's nothing they can do! Even though the manager who told me this still works there!Steer clear ! They make you wait forever and don't have any customer service skills at all!Would give less than a 1 if I could!!

The staff are rude, the doner kebab is extremely salty and the chicken has no flavour. If you want to perform in a shouting match and then experience possible high blood pressure, this takeaway is for you.

Food hasn’t left the restaurant and it has been over an hour called to ask what was going on and man on phone shouted and swore at me. Don’t order from these rude mugs

I've been a regular customer for year with this takeaway but the last 4 orders I've had probs with from being over a hour late past delivery Time given pizza dough not cooked and sticky cold naan and curry without any salad pickle also asked for no coriander on my lamb tikka starter which it came with so couldnt eat it not even been offer any compensatory food money off drinks

The food has been excellent every time we’ve ordered from here, especially for the price. Big portion sizes on the curries and the special offers are good too. Deliveries have either been on time or a bit early. Food was always ready on time when doing a collection too. The staff are always friendly so I’m not sure where all of the bad reviews come from?

Ordered for biriyani and kebab. The order was delivered before the mentioned time and the food was also very tasty.
