The place looks great and atmosphere is really nice and happy. But. A free table, without any visible notice or sign, suddenly became reserved and in the middle of the drinks we needed to come up and leave. The service on a bar was slow, by an order of "sexy girls first, all others disregarded", needed to speak twice with a waitress, on the second time she called a manager that prepared drinks for us (I was waiting there for a service for 15 min). And only then, I realized that they have an app that you better order via it (maybe it could be faster, have no idea). There is a way for improve in service guys!Drinks were really high quality and really tasty (I took espresso martini, amaretto limonnade and Estrella beer)

Had afternoon tea with my partner here on the weekend. Never been to afternoon tea before and tbh we were both expecting sandwiches and little cakes etc but it was hot food which was good because the weather was horrible. Our afternoon tea came with cocktails, we were allowed to order any with the red heart, we both chose zombies. The first course we had sliders, corns dogs, chicken strips and loaded fries. The food was really hot which was a pleasant surprise. We thought that was it but then outcome desert. The dessert was brownies, cookie dough and these passion fruit cheesecakes. Now I'm giving 4 stars solely based on the dessert. The staff and service were fantastic, but the passion fruit cheesecakes were disgusting. 1) why were they so sour? Passion fruit is mean to be sweet 2) they had curdled. Yuck! But apart from that I do recommend the the afternoon tea.

Been for bottomless brunch on a Saturday twice now with the alcohol package £35 each. Fast service lots of booze great value for money. Food was good too. I recommend based on the last experience. Lost a star as glasses were cloudy both times. (Dishwasher most likely).

On the 29th of december 2021 we had the worst meal out we have ever had! The food menu was very restricted (to which the waitress blamed brexit! and amazingly the supermarkets were still seriously well stocked!). When I say restricted I mean 60 per cent of the food options were not available. We were told no nachos no onion rings no half chickens no katsu curry no bbq sauce only 3 out of 4 desserts(poor choice anyway). The table was only half equipped with cutlery and we had to ask for it so that we had it ready for our food coming! One pepper pot no salt no sauces until requested. Waitress seriously disinterested and had no customer service skills. On top of that the cocktails were seriously weak to taste and had excessive ice in them! The best of it was that there was only one other table occupied with 4 people on it so it wasnt as if the bar or kitchen couldn't cope with how busy it was!! Perhaps that says it all ! A very very poorly run establishment and the worst meal out that both us and our friends have had in years! Not to be recommended at all!

It looks like my review didn't post the text 😅 so just a short update!Food was awesome, and the whole atmosphere was good! Loved the music too, well, the first time round...😅 it seemed to be the same short playlist of Christmas songs on repeat 😅 changed to 5 stars because the music was the only issue 😊

I got the mistletoe martini. Great taste! However my glass was half empty and the rest was all foam. Really not worth the money considering.

Myself and 2 friends attended bottomless brunch. As we got there, we were took to our table and waitress said she would be back over to take drinks order. 15 minutes later we had to ask if our drink order could be taken as she never returned. It was about another 10/15 mins until the drinks actually arrived, not the best start. Our food came, one person had the loaded hash browns, I would not recommend this dish as it was about 2/3 hash browns cut up with a bit of cheese and a fried egg. We all looked at each other wondering if that was it, it was a portion I would give to my 5 year old. So small. We ordered drinks that never arrived. The only positive is that heather, our new waitress was so helpful and apologetic about the others. I would not recommend here for a bottomless brunch.

Ripped off, really over priced bad food. Had the halloumi and mushroom burger at £10.50... wasn't worth £1.50. Asked for table service on entry,no one came for our order.downloaded the app but our table didn't have a table number so ended up ordering at the bar which we were trying to avoid. Much better places to eat near by and you will save a few quid

Oh my lord. After working our way through the menu to decide what they actually had in stock we were left with a rather limited but potentially exciting dinner. However it turned up and our faces all dropped, what on earth was on each plate. As shown below we thought was a kind of popcorn chicken, it was not and surprised us all as it was meant to be a calamari. Now I ordered chicken katsu burger. It was the best on the list (they had in stock). I waited in anticipation for the arrival of this delight…. When I opened my bun to find rice on the chicken which when pointed out to the waitress “yes it’s a chicken katsu curry…oh wait no you’re not meant get rice” it was swiftly whipped away.We ordered the 15 chicken wings and got 5 which when bitten into judging by how pink they were the other 10 managed to escape between the fryer and our table. After waiting for a further 10 minutes for our food to reappear that was meant to be re cooked (we think it escaped with the other 10 wings)Value for money - zeroHowever we all have laughed so much about how bad it was the last 2 hours. Priceless. Well almost £100 badly spent.
