Spice Hut in Nottingham

Never used to have a issue here. Second time now out of three orders that an item is missing. Shouldn't be difficult to misplace a large bottle when the can arrives and I'm assuming they're kept in the same place.Food arrived barely warm and the delivery time was changed twice so ended up being 25 minutes.AVOID ordering from there, use the 100+ different pizza options in Nottingham.

Ord through just eat and order was wrong, when I phoned up to quire it the person on the phone couldn't wait to get me off it, then the driver came with my actual food but ended up walking off with it because I had eaten what came with my order. What was I supposed to do, Starve my kids! Get your orders correct the first time is it was all cold! ered through justeat

they forgot my salad and sauce didn’t even ask me my address and didn’t even ask me what pizza i wanted with my meal i had to tell them margarita now they are making me wait 25 minutes for it to come knowing it will be cold

Food is excellent quality really nice cheap as chappy the deliver staff really kind manner good above and beyond, the food always delicious would highly recommend to anyone

absolutely repulsing , i orderd food, a large order , the pizzas came soggy and cold with raw stuffed crust , orderd a portion of onion rings (8) got 3 burnt onion rings and 20 cheese sticks instead again burnt, i’m allergic to the sauce in the burgers so as for it to be removed on all burgers … nope didn’t happen , over all was terrible and would shut down the hole store spoke to someone in the phone and they continued to say it’s all edible and the black onion rings are fine , and we sent 4 as we ran out ? if you ran out don’t sent any ? i asked for a full refund and got nothing honestly shocked will be reporting to health and safety standards

Not sure about the negative reviews ordered from here four times last year and it was absolutely phenomenal.

went in and bought wings and a burger. Gave me the wrong burger which was awful and the wings were cold wings which were dropped into a deep fryer. They came out crunchy, tasted awful (very very salty)

Do not eat here!!!! Waited 1 1/2 hours for delivery, £40 worth of food, pizza missing food freezing and tastes like cardboard. Staff wouldn't replace missing pizzas. Avoid acid avoid!!!!!

Pizza was okay but donner meat was clearly heated-up stale, leftovers. Had to chuck it. Asked for no cucumber (in store) and this happened. Unsure as to whether staff are incompetent, trolls or both. Either way their attitude was disgusting. Would recommend literally any other takeaway on Alfreton Road.
