milk overheated so texture was off, (maybe skin also). too much foam to tell. standards have slipped.Staff are friendly and I’m sure would have remade it if requested.

A bit small but as overpriced as any regular Starbucks

Fast service, choice of takeaway or proper mugs and big cake treats. Shortbread wasn't bad, just a little dry and not quite sweet enough.Plenty of seating and eye candy nearby.

Such bad customer service! Young worker being persistantly in denial of wrong order. Also, refused to make a specific drink when requested - bad attitude... gives Starbucks a bad rep.
