Starbucks in Nottingham

Nice coffee and good location. Slow service though

Terrible tea. Staff were good and replaced it but the second wasn't any better. Costa is better

When I visit Starbucks here I don’t normally have very friendly staffs serving me (normally not bothered), however, I had a Starbucks card issue and despite the busyness there was this one staff who was extremely friendly and helpful name Eliza, she got it sorted and explained the issue and solution, she should really deserve a promotion. A partner like her is worth keeping, as an ex Starbucks barista myself I would say a partner like her is key for your customer service in the store. Keep it up! Coffee master next? Haha

Although I requested sit in coffees, I received them in disposable mugs - is it an innovative Starbucks' response to environment care? Finally upon my demand I received drinks in cups. It should be obvious to drink coffee from a cup even in a bar. When I asked about it sully members of staff just totally ignored me and did not answer at all. I wanted to use the bathroom prior to having coffee, yet the staff refused to tell me the bathroom door code. Again, it seems to be obvious to use the toilet and wash your hands first and only then drink or eat anything. Finally coffees I had with my wife were mediocre. In the past coffee in Starbucks was much much better. By the way, why no longer hand sanitizers?

Staff are unimpressive and needlessly short with customers. Mia in particular was quite hostile serving on till. The waiting cue combined with the order placing cue and it stretched out the door either ends, drinks were made slower on average and the baristas on bar were careless in their drinks making despite one of them being a ‘coffee master’. I can see why Starbucks is loathed at some branches.

I am a regular customer but lately the atmosphere has been disappointing unfortunately. The music in the background: playing club music on a sunday at 12pm is not the lovely atmosphere we want to get from a coffee shop 😞 Can we go back to some nice jazz music maybe? I’d finally add the place didnt look clean (floor/tables)… it doesnt feel like a treat anymore, more like a service station: busy/dirty/loud. Staff are lovely as usual and I loved my drink so 10/10 on that level, just need some serious work on cleanliness and ‘music’.

They'll never compete with the smaller coffee shops. Although they're huge corporations, this takes the finger things out of it. In places such as these it's more to do with profit making than it is the coffee. Saying that though, the service was lovely and the staff worked hard to make the customers happy. The coffee ain't too bad but it still doesn't touch the likes of Cartwheel which are quaint and not so crowded.

We were served with pretty cold coffees had to return them, then she made us another two which they were also cold! So our lovey Friday morning was turned into a horrible one because of their inexperience employees. We are going to paying them another visit but is going to in a cold day in July.

When I choose to treat myself with a Hazelnut or Pumpkin Spice latte there is no place better for me than Starbucks! Very nice and friendly staff and it's so nice to be greeted by staff that are soo cheerful and friendly especially after a hard day !I love it ❤ and I love the way the customer service i received 😍 great staff 👏Keep up the great work everyone 👍

I Love Starbucks coffee ☕ and service is always great.I normally have a take out but decided to drink in due to the weather being bad.The seating area was very dirty and it had flies flying around us, which was a shame because I do like a good Starbucks.
