my friend and mw went in there for beans on toast and cup of tea on Wednesday.simple enough wouldnt you think.well it wasnt.we were told we could have 2 toast each but half of the beans each because thats how it came on the menu.we said ok to the that.when we got it the beans were cold.we sent it back.when we got them back the beans were only just warm and i had all the beans and she had the juice.i scraped half on to her plate.the tea was so weak it didnt matter how much we stirred the pot or squeezed the tea bag.we wont be going in there again.

Found a stone in my jacket potato, cheese and beans...yes that's right, you read that a found a actual stone/small pebble in my jacket potato. If I had bitten hard it would of broke my tooth. I told the lady working there, she just said that's weird and did nothing! I was in a rush because I needed to go back to work, I work for the NHS and I was having dinner with my father. I called the complaint line, was told someone would call back and no one did. Absolutely disgusting service and no follow up. I'm going to go into store and speak to.them directly. I'm still in shock and think it's the worst experience I've ever had. Why would you even allow someone to leave a cafe without a refund or an apology. No call back from the store manager speaks volumes, awful.

It's had a long overdue face-lift (it really was an absolute hole before), but that's all that's changed. Service still slow, product average and if your orders in any way complicated, settle in a for a long wait.

I thought it was terrible to be honest. The lady was quite rude when we asked for a breakfast she said well theres only whats there as i am on my own today! the tomatoes on my breakfast was hard and not even grilled the hash brown i couldnt even cut through it! We couldnt have fried bread as ahe said she was able to make it as she didnt have time i then asked when she gave me my breakfast oh does it come with just 1 slice of toast and she was like well its an 8 piece breakfast very bluntly so then had to pay an extra £1 for extra toast my latte was only warm and me and my partner spent just over £14 and it was awfull and not worth the price to be honest if i wasnt desperate to do my shopping i would have just left the store and shopped somewhere else it made me feel that upset. i certainly wouldnt reccomend to anyone i would never eat there again!!!
