TGI Friday's - Nottingham in Nottingham

We got there at half 7 and was seated pretty quickly, got our drinks quickly as I felt the service was pretty good. But our starter, the "loaded" potato skins where hardly loaded at all. Then we had to wait about an hour for our mains. All four of us had a burger and they were all pretty over cooked. Three of us ate ours as we were hungry after the long wait but one of us couldn't eat theirs. And again as the service was great, we was offered a full refund without asking for one. Id say even if the burger was done to perfection, the overall quality of the food was about on par with restaurants that charge half that. Its a real shame as the service staff really did try, but it was the only good thing about the place. it was the first time that we have all been to TGIs and it will definitely be the last. With all Nottingham has to offer, i would avoid this place.

Cocktails and food were good. Service with attitude and length of time taken less so.

Excellent food and staff can't do enough for you would definitely recommend we love coming here for special occasions

The five star review is mainly for the sizzling steak fajitas, which is my favourite dish from here. Very flavourful and leave you full. Although the price might be a tad on the expensive side.

Visited today with the family, the service we received was very poor and slow, 3 adults and 2 kids, our starter (two shared starters dishes only) and main course took over 2 hours! When my main meal turned up (a burger) it was stone cold and had to be replaced, we also had to send back all the fries as they were cold too! Other main course were lukewarm at best, For a meal costing nearly £100 I expected much better. Unfortunately we won't be back for a while!

Really friendly and helpful staff. Nice atmosphere. Grown up food was great and the kids loved the colouring sheets. Pity the kids veggie meatballs were inedible, clearly overcooked/ microwaved.

Love love love it 😍 the food and the drinks were very tasty. Not gonna lie, it’s a bit pricey so it’s somewhere to go once in a while just for a change ❤️

Very disappointed in my recent visit to TGI fridays in Nottingham. The service was slow, half of the items on the menu were unavailable and the burger was seriously undercooked! (Both mine & my friends) Luckily i cut it in half before taking a bite but as you can see from the photo, the meat is borderline raw! Was reassured by a member of staff that all meats are temperature checked before being served. Doesn’t really mean much though as you can chuck a piece of uncooked meat in the microwave for 3 minutes, yes it’ll be hot but it sure wont be cooked! Ended up having the burgers removed off the bill but left feeling very underwhelmed and still hungry! Won’t be visiting here in a hurry!

Well organised. Awesome staff. May have to wait a bit for your meal to be prepared fresh BUT when it eventually arrives, you will be happy you waited. Awesome taste and experience

Great meal. Served by a lovely waitress called Liz, very attentive and the food was perfect. Tasty steak and ribs and my vegan friend enjoyed her weird plant based food too. 🤣
