Lovely big tasty portions and friendly staff, I'm not a huge fan of sweet pancakes with savoury toppings, but otherwise lovely place to eat brunch with friends. Loaded pancakes and loaded drinks are spectacular! (Pictured are the salted caramel brownie loaded pancakes)

The Pudding Pantry is a little gem slightly hidden from the main Trinity Square area by being down a connecting leg towards TK Max. However, search for it because the food is fantastic. The setting is wonderful with the feel of an old fashioned eatery with outdoor as well as indoor seating, and attentive but not over bearing staff but the real star is the food.I had the Pantry breakfast & what a feast - country sausage, streaky bacon, eggs your way (I had scrambled), on-vine roasted tomatoes, garlic mushrooms, home made beans and 2 fluffy, delicious American style pancakes with warm, runny maple syrup. I added a side of toast which is available in 3 flavours. What a feast! For the eyes as well as the stomach & I can confirm that it tasted as good as it looked. One small thing that really made my meal - the salt and pepper pots were not pots but little grinders - really easy to use & just fitted with the whole easy atmosphere of the place. My dining companions each had 4 pancakes with accompaniments and confirmed that these were the best pancakes they'd ever tasted. We have only scratched the surface of the menu. With artisan coffee and lots of options this is a place we will be coming back to. It's not a huge place so you may have to wait a short time for a table, but the wait is worth it. Service is quick and efficient, but also very friendly. Put it on your list of places to visit in Nottingham and I doubt you'll be disappointed.

If you go to one place in Nottingham go here the food was incredible and the drinks just as amazing. Will defo be back if in Notts again. Portion sizes are huge. Staff are lovely and friendly too.

Always had a great experience. Been here multiple times and the service has been amazing. Always a bit busy due to its popularity so can be a little wait but it’s so worth it for the food and quality of experience from the place. With always be a favourite with the amount of food and the creativity put in to create not only great tasting but really pretty dishes and drinks.

Felt like the pudding pantry hated me as it was issue after issue. The food was very nice though so can't fault that.Went for mid afternoon pancakes and we were seated next to the toilets despite there being other seats available, I kept having to squeeze in to let people past to use the toilet. They took our order and then 30 minutes later our drinks arrived. The slow service only seemed to be for us as people who arrived much later got their orders before us. Luckily my coffee was still hot when it finally arrived. The food was really nice, quite decadent but that's what you go there for. At one point though the toilets were cleaned and all I could taste was the bleach.Once we had finished we were again ignored and then had to go up to actually pay. They gave us a discount due to the long wait which I did really appreciate but I have no idea how much it was as I wasn't given a bill. The card machine then took ages of course. Most of it isn't their fault but it still added up to a poor experience which is a shame as everyone I know loves this place. Still give it a go I'm just venting

I visited on 9/10/2021 and I strongly recommend to drop by here and enjoy your teabreak and meal but when you visit here during the weekend, you need to wait on the queue and be paitent until entering.Price of menus is pretty reasonable and the amount of dish was enough to make the meal-deal.The service served by staff memebers were accommodating. They asked me; such as how I enjoy and the quality and amount of the ordered menu were enough for me? I was contented by the food and service.Anyway, this resturant is at least better than other places located in London.

We had breakfast here on a Sunday morning and were very pleased with everything. The staff were accomodating and speedy. Our dishes were prepared and plated quickly. We have tried out a few breakfast places in Nottingham and we reckon the quality is superb here!

They staff were friendly, professional, really responsive and knew their stuff! The food was amazing and their drinks even better. I have a range of food allergies and they were able to find something I could eat along with my friends who could eat whatever they wanted! The hot teas were awesome (& done properly!). It was a lovely place with a wonderful friendly and bright atmosphere. We hope to go again in the future. Thank you The Pudding Pantry!

We didn’t know where we wanted to go from brunch then came across to this lovely place. No regrets! Pancakes were so fluffy and tasty. The salmon was an icing on the cake for each meal we have. Had the iced chai and it really complimented the dish I ordered. Thankies to the friendly staff as well. I recommend, indeed!
