Really good atmosphere. Had the curry goat and it was one of the best things I've ever tasted. Was tempted to ask for a recipe but didn't get the chance. I have since been back two times and haven't been disappointed! I only drank water, so I dont know about the drinks but the cocktails look good so I'll try that when I go back. Would definitely recommend! Friendly staff and service. Not too busy either. Just right.

Food was ok, expected more authentic Jamaican taste. Service quite slow, waitress made us wait over 20 minutes to pay the bill. Will come back for 241 cocktails.

We had a really great experience here. I'd never eaten at Turtle Bay, often likening it to establishment like "TGI Fridays" and "Frankie & Bennys", but how wrong I was! The food tasted so good, with one of the party claiming that they were the best ribs he'd ever eaten! The service was good and the cocktails were excellent. Overall would recommend Turtle Bay!

I’ve been going to turtle bay for a number of years for the food and great selection of drinks. Unfortunately, the enjoyment of recent visits has not been so good due to the some of the staff’s unprofessionalism and managements poor judgment.Over the past two weeks, I have been twice and each time had issues. The first time we’d booked online for lunch and on arrival requested the Bottomless Brunch. As my friend had only booked a table and not specifically the Brunch, we could not have this menu. We asked if we could simply change this as we didn’t realise you had to choose what you were doing food and drink wise before even getting to the restaurant however we were told no. On checking their website, all time slots were available from when we sat down so we could simply have sat in the seat for 20 minutes with a drink and made a new booking for in 20 minutes and had the different menu! Seems a little pathetic that they simply couldn’t change it. With that we continued with the main menu but with a waiter who seemed to be more interested in prancing around, trying to be funny and making crude comments which was uncomfortable and certainly not a place to be doing so. Twice I watched him sit next to customers whilst they were ordering whilst he was trying so hard to be funny and overly friendly. After a couple hours, we were then asked to leave as we’d exceeded the maximum time. I find this very strange as a maximum time limit is only stated on the Bottomless Brunch which we were not allowed to have! To have a restaurant three quarters full, empty tables, booking slots available online and still kick out paying customers doesn’t seem very business minded to me.The second time we went last week after booking a table with the normal menu, the same thing happened. After two hours, the waitress came over and asked us to leave. She said it was out of hands but really sorry and she didn’t understand why we couldn’t stay either. The restaurant was probably half full so with that we just took our business next door. Both bookings were on a Friday around midday so it wasn’t mega busy and it wasn’t as though we were dragging out the time spent eating and drink as each time we spent around £100 for just two of us in two hours. It’s stated on Turtle Bay’s website “Whether you're after a few drinks to go with dinner, an afternoon session or a night out, we've got you covered. At the moment, it's table service all day and all night - and you can book a table just for drinks as late as midnight.” I’m certainly not feeling this comment reflects the service based on my experience nor do I see anything in relation to the 2 hour limit they seem to be imposing. Turtle bay, you need to rethink this as we will not be coming back until you change this ridicules policy if that’s even what it is or just a member of staff on a power trip.

One of the nicest restaurant in the corner house. Caribbean cuisine, and cocktails with a twist. I liked the coconut espresso martini, not sure about marley mojito though, that watermelon twist doesn't work in my opinion. But 2 for 1 during happy hours. So can't really complain :)

We had the Bottomless Brunch on a week day. I had the sausage roti as my food choice, which was delicious! We had plenty of cocktails during our 2 hour slot, and our dedicated 'server' (a chap with glasses and blond cropped hair) was polite, attentive and didn't seem at all annoyed that we kept trying to get his attention for more cocktails. We stayed for another cocktail outside of the 2 hours (which was 2-4-1 anyway) and even dessert.Would definitely recommend and will definitely do the Bottomless Brunch again.
