Enjoyed the food there, tge food was really tasty and delicious. I was disappointed with the jasmine flower tea and ginger -lemongrass one. These were in fact tasteless. We pointed this to the waitress but we had no reaction other than "sorry to hear that".Staff were pleasant, helpful, offered advise about the choice of dishes.

Had a previously bad experience but Mike, Hayden, and Artur went above and beyond to make this one great. Food was amazing, service was attentive and fast, and we were made to feel really welcome - even on a busy Friday. We will definitely be back. Keep up the good work!!

First time trying here and my partner an me really enjoyed it, waited 15 minutes prior to getting a table but the weather was not so bad tried a few dishes and will definitely be back. We like the fact that we could pay at the table by using the QR code on our menu with the table number and servers name :) Thank you to Dan for our table service he was a lovely guy and was nice to have a chat and a laugh with him. Would definitely recommend 👌

This was going to be a 1 Star until we spoke to the manager....We visited Wagamamas for an early Valentine's Day Treat as we are both off. We arrived before there was a queue outside and were given a high table with wobbily seats. We ordered one main each, I ordered the kare burosu ramen and my partner ordered shirodashi ramen. My partner's shirodashi ramen arrived at 12.36, ten minutes in we got asked what we were missing, they said they would chase it up with the kitchen. Ten minutes later the same waitress had visited other tables and gave out orders, so we asked someone else who was going to chase it up. A shirodashi ramen (Pork Belly) was presented to me... When told it wasn't mine they proceeded to find out who it belong to, it was then taken back to the kitchen as they had obviously made up the wrong meal for me.Chased it up again as it had now been 25 minutes and even though my partner took breaks to prolong his meal he had already finished. My meal then arrives after 30 minutes.... But where are one of the main ingredients? The Kare burosu ramen is broth, tofu, mushrooms and greens. My meal had double the amount of broth than normal. I told them I was missing mushrooms, five minutes later a bowl of mushrooms are presents.... three minutes later I was asked "is that better now?".... Why yes, to have a meal with all the correct ingredients is much improvement! We have visited Wagamama many times, it's the first time visiting the Nottingham branch, and everyone's table always seemed to have one person having their meal and the other doesn't. One table of three near us had the same problem that one person had finished their meal before the other two even received theirs. There was a lot of staff on the floor so I don't think it was due to lack of staff. We spoke to the manager and put forward our disappointment, she took my meal off the receipt which was good because it was a ridiculous experience and she said we could have a dessert to share which was nice. She said that there was a problem with the kitchen and lack of communication. If there was a problem with a second of the kitchen then this should have been stated to everyone at seating or ordering stage. We also asked for napkins at the start of my partner's meal but of course there was no chance in receiving them. Not sure what the answer is on this branch but from our experience and the customers around us something needs to happen! I was very tempted to tell the people queuing outside the door not to bother.

Long time waiting for the food, rushed the waiters for a few time for a chicken yakitori, and when it arrived the chicken felt like it came out from a microwave, and we waited for an hour. There’s also hair inside one of the katsu chickens. The seats are uncomfortable and it is cold.

Considering this place was literally full, and there a queue outside, I was particularly impressed by the service. Our waiter, Kieran, was great - I've had worse service at high end restaurants with fewer customers to deal with, so he deserves praise.Venue/interior is okay, but nothing special, as you might expect from a chain. Food was great, and prepared reasonably quickly but for a slight delay with one of the mains.

Always a lovely experience eating at wagamama. Prices are a tad too high but can't be too upset when you have amazing vegan options that are very flavorful paired with a great atmosphere and friendly service.PS. Banana katsu is the best dessert I have ever had in my life.

Good location, first time at this restaurant. We were told that a staff member will help us with the menu and nobody turned up. We ordered sides and many dishes were well presented but dry or cold. One of the main was a ramen well presented tasty broth, my main was a udon dish and arrived late very late I was eating on my own while other guests enjoyed and finished their meals already, but the worst was: cold food, funny taste, I spit the chicken as tasted vile, eggs were missing I had one bite and the second was the end, what a great disappointment, not the first time I had ramen or udon but this time was bad. Nobody came to ask if everything was OK and when I finally asked for the bill I state the udon was not nice and not edible. They took the plate and disappeared like magic. They were avoiding us so we decided to leave. ( yes we paid). Open kitchen, vibrant interior, no chairs only benches or stool. There is a private parking close to the.restaurant with few £ we parked. I could hear staff moaning, while having a break at the table.close to me about the kitchen staff as they were not doing what they asked for, and.about some clients as they used the toilet for too long. Few of the staff that approached us were friendly and professional.

Amazing food and 10 out of 10 service from a waiter named Jordan Cham!

Brilliant! Very large vegan menu for ALL sections (mains, sides, etc). It is a little more pricey than average restaurants on the high street, but very good quality. Staff are also absolutely wonderful!
