Wok&GO in Nottingham

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I asked for advice as I wanted a little spice to my meal and what they gave me was inedible. It was so spicy so I politely asked them to make me something less spicy. Bare in mind I am more tolerant than a lot of people to spice but this was on another level. They proceeded to make fun of me and only offer to put more noodles in there but then laughed at me when I nodded and asked them to make it less spicy. I’m they were so rude and didn’t offer to make it again for me until I was in tears and we decided to leave it which was far too late.

Hot & fiery food to tickle the tastebuds. Undoubtedly a favourite place to relish live noodles, fresh veg with delicious sauces, and they have vegetarian/vegan options too. A casual place with a friendly vibe and stories on the walls. Indulge in unlimited refills of your drink.

Food was excellent and have always enjoy it. But I cleaned my own table before sitting down and the toilets needed a good clean as well as no hand wash available at the sink which was a bit off putting.

This is the worst Wok&Go I've eaten in, by a long way. The Hot Box meal was all sugar and too much salt. It tastes like a Pot Noodle but, Pot Noodles don't cost £8.90!

Food was amazing, highly recommend the salt and pepper chicken street food box, staff was lovely as well, could have a laugh:)

Do not eat here!Ordered a takeaway and they disregarded every note on it. Put seafood in what was requested to be a seafood free dish due to allergies. Then went ahead and denied refund or replacement.Absolutely revolting service and don't care about customer's well being.

A very enjoyable experience wuth friendly staff and delicious food. Too many vegetarian options available and best thing about their menu is Create Your Own Box.I tried Vegun Green Curry box, served fresh and was tasty.Will 100% come back again.

Gone down hill massively. Use to eat here once per week, unlikely to return. No choice of noodles anymore just tasteless mushy cheap noodles. Me gee seafood which was my go too was really disappointing as no fresh broccoli in , small shrimps not the large ones you use to get ( even tho they still advertise the large ones). Plenty of other fast food places in town serving much better Chinese food 👋👋

The food is very yummy. This place has proper hygiene and safe atmosphere. Thai food box is must try. Best part is we can customise our food box. Very attentive staff. Especially sanheeth was very helpful. Thanks 🙂. Keep it up 👍

Brought the wife here for lunch. Brilliant value for money. My hot box was ace, but the wife's sweet chilli was much too hot, and it was quite a wait with only 2 orders ahead of us.
