Lovely staff, served by Darryl who ensured we were looked after well, very quick service and reasonable prices, big portion sizes

Loved the booth that we reserved upstairs, super pretty. The cocktails were amazing - especially the gin umbrellas! Really tasty food - I highly recommend the croquettes and fishcake salad. Yum! Great staff as well. Thank you!

We had a lovely brunch here. We were luckily served by a lovely woman named Sophie. She was a delight. Cheerful & very helpful. Give this woman a raise please as she deserves is. Always walking around with the biggest smile on her face. Tamara was also a shining light. Both employees made the experience worth while and very enjoyable. Thanks girls.

This place was brilliant for a couple of hours. The place was nice and busy. The staff were nice and the app worked perfectly. They cleaned the tables as soon as someone left. We originally went upstairs to sit and have tea but were told this was full booked.... Not one table was taken all night. The food was lovely too.

Met up with four friends for a few drinks and a meal a number of weeks ago. The outlook of the place seems very flamboyant but nice if you like that sort of stuff and the staff seemed to be nice.On ordering drinks from the table, they were a little slow but arrived okay. The food we ordered came out very fast but none of the four dishes were that appetising at all.Based on the quality of food which was bland, drinks etc, it was slightly overpriced. I may consider having a drink here but would not recommend eating here at all.Dropped another star for continued poor customer service since requesting me to contact them, then taking 11 days to respond and then asking me stupid questions about the issue which is displayed in the review. I think the initial responses are tactics to make it look like they are concerned by replying to reviews, but then when things are no longer customer facing, the effort drops off.

Had the most amazing time catching up with my friends Naj, after a long COVID year! I really appreciate the outside seating area, but also the inside is lovely with not a loud music so we could still talk. We’ve been served by Darryl, who made the drinks very tasty.

The guys and girls are awesome! Agata really looked after us. My friend and I had a lovely night. The staff are super friendly and the venue is beautiful and really well looked after. The food was great !

Went upstairs on the outside terrace. Waitress stated that she would come for our order but never did. We ended ordering at the bar.The meals we ordered took thirty minutes to arrive. The shared dish came out but without onion rings. We pointed this to the waitress who promptly brought them out.The mushy peas were cold and I did not complain as I was too hungry at the time.All in all a disappointed experience overall with the service and average meals. So be fair I would describe the experience as lack lustred.We usually leave a tip for service but due to the sluggish service we decided not to.😔😔😔
