The UK's oldest inn has a lot to offer, set into the caves with the castle just above it in the background, its just a picturesque place to sit outside and chat, wine and dine with friends/family all year round. The food, the many rooms inside and the friendly staff just add to its quirky appeal. Recommend a visit here!

Great meal and friendly staff in such an interesting and historic place. My 93 year old dad and I had a delicious meal sat outside enjoying the sunshine while we ate and watched the world go by. Very enjoyable and relaxing. He hasn't stopped talking about it since😁 We'll definitely be back. Thank you x

Love the aesthetics of the interior. The pub has retained the historical feel while providing a comfortable place for you to sit down and have a drink or two.Initially I was expecting the prices of beverages to be higher than other venues seeing that this is a historical site but I was surprised to find that it was similar, if not, cheaper than other places that I've been to.If you're a fan of history and architecture then I highly recommend putting this place on your bucket-list.
