Ordered sushi and some warm dishes and, as a result of the order taking over an hour to arrive, the sushi arrived warm. Alongside this, my beef teriyaki dish was completely inedible as it was burnt!I've had some great experiences dining in at Yo sushi, however I will not be ordering from them again unfortunately!

I always try to stay away from chain restaurants these days, so upon taking a visit to YO Shushi I was pleasantly surprised.Although early our server was more than happy to accommodate our table of five. Ordering via QR code was more than easy and honestly avoided a avoided some of the anxiety I usually face. The Katsu Chicken curry was made well, juicy yet crisp, the rice in both rolls - hot food was amazing all round! I tried dishes I hadn't tried before and was delighted with the value for money when dining with YO!I'd recommend to all happily

8 other customers were sitting upon our visit. We were kept waiting at the door for more than 5 minutes without being acknowledged which is always a bad start.Eventually the host sat us down and gave a warm welcome and explained how to order. She was very friendly and did well. The portion sizes are small for the money, side plate size for Katsu Curry and also for the teriyaki beef. The Katsu was nice. Please note there is no need to slice this up for customers. However, the teriyaki tasted burnt and wasn't nice. Approx £15 for these two small dishes. The back counter was messy and looks poor, especially as it's viewable for customers.Overall. First impressions were poor, premiumly priced but certainly not premium offer and messiness let it down.Yo Sushi is Not for me.

Ate there today and it was disappointing. Badly cut, badly rolled, inconsistent sushi. Poor quality compared to the last time I went. 2 chefs working hard and the rest just spending all their time waking around doing nothing. Drinks and waiting staff were fine. A solid 3 minutes of nobody in the kitchens whilst they all had a chat in the back. Ordered 2 of the same dish and they came about 20 minutes apart??? Used to love it here, not sure I'll be returning though.

Great experience and the children loved it. Very family friendly as food comes out quick and the traffic light system makes it so much fun. The waiter was incredibly friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed it, we will definitely return.

First time visiting since before Covid was even a thing and it was sadly a disappointing experience. Half the items off the menu have disappeared, but of course this is understandable due to the pandemic. However from the items which were available, one of the most beloved menu items - Yo Fries, was unavailable on the day we attended.Staff: The staff were lovely and tried to help considering it seemed there wasn’t enough waiting staff on the day. However, trying to get their attention was extremely difficult, meaning service ended up being quite slow andwhen we requested an item such as a fork or spoon for the Chicken Katsu Curry we didn’t end up receiving one and this took over 20 minutes and we still didn’t receive one so we ended up just leaving early during our meal.Food: Sushi itself was tasty and I would extremely recommend any of the sushi with salmon on the menu! Chicken Katsu Curry was quite nice, yet this tasted flavourful before.Very unfortunate considering I used to visit the restaurant nearly ever three weeks, would like to visits again and have a better experience, but slightly doubtful at this point.

Great food. Service a little slow and inattentive. Didn't get all of the food we ordered on a set meal until we bought it to servers attention but trying to get their attention in the first place was difficult. Understand the difficulties under the current covid restrictions but having to order through the app would have prevented both my parents (who love this place) from being able to get food here. We were not offered an alternative ordering system so if one is in place then it should be offered to people on entry.

It was horrible because everything was dirty and unclean even the chief was putting his hand in dirty water and touched the food. The plate was dirty too ,this place is horrible and don’t deserve one star compared to other locations I want too this is the worst
