It was really nice here, lovely food and very friendly (and unusually competent!) service which was a pleasant surprise. We had no idea we had this place on our doorstep but we'll definitely return.

Came here the other day the desserts were amazing! Definitely didn’t disappoint & was worth every penny. However one thing that has prevented me from coming back was what I had witnessed. I overheard I think it was the manager shouting at an employee and speaking to her like dirt very disappointing! I wasn’t expecting such a high quality business to treat their staff in such a poor manner. This weighed heavy on my heart because no one deserves to be spoken to that way! I just wanted to reach out and ask if she was ok. Please treat your staff nicely!!!!!

Absolutely loved it. I had a cheesecake here for the first time and it was so good. Ambience is pleasant and staff is very polite and attentive. It is an independent business and I can tell they are doing it right!

I last came here around 5 years ago.The decor has improved and it looks better on the wholeThe menu however has been heavily simplified in terms of desserts, which was a little disappointingHowever the quality is still there and the service was great too.The presentation is still very good and hasn't dwindled in the years pastStill a solid spot for dessert

The customer service is exceptionally good, which in this day and age is hard to find. The proprietor catered to our needs. He was knowledgeable about his products. The best place to get ice cream, other types of desserts, cakes as well as soft drinks. The place has both inside and outside setting areas. It's also wheelchair accessible. The shop situated along Radford road.The customer service was excellent. Clean and tidy shop. I will highly recommend this place

Very nice coffees and cakes. Unfortunately the girl serving was new and didn't know how to make certain items on the menu. However she was very pleasant and her presentation skills were top.
