Thai restaurant with authentic cuisine and loads of character. The layout has been cleverly created to resemble a Bangkok street scene. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was phenomenal. Would definitely recommend a visit if you enjoy Thai Street food!

Love this restaurant! It has a really great vibe, and stepping inside I was transported back to the street markets of Bangkok.I was seated quickly and asked if I had any food allergies, I don’t but I am vegetarian. I was given a vegetarian menu - which is fantastic, as it means I don’t have to question every dish!I ordered the Tofu Pad Thai and a Bubble Tea. Both were excellent, especially the Pad Thai - which was full of flavour. The dish was massive, and I waddled out of there after eating as much as I could!Staff were lovely, and very attentive - excellent customer service.Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be returning.

Not recommended for two main reasons: Average Thai food compared to other Thai restaurants and VERY PRESSURISING SERVICES! (see details below).Food wise, the crispy belly pork was great but the rice was way too hard. The beef in Gang Massaman was so dry and tough. DO NOT ORDER the Thai milk tea/ green tea, they were awful! It was so diluted and mostly filled with ice. We were like drinking some ice water mixed with a bit of milk.Next, the services were VERY PRESSURISING. It's like they were rushing us to leave ASAP even though the restaurant wasn't busy at all. Five minutes after we sat down, we got asked 4 times for ordering drinks and 2 times for ordering foods after another five minutes. I am a slow-eater and it took me around 45 minutes to finish my food. During the 45 minutes, the waitress came up to our table twice to attempt to take away our dishes, PLUS another 5-6 times staring at me to see if I'm finished or not so they can take my things away immediately. One of the times I was about to take a bite, the waitress came up and asked 'Are you finished with your food?', which I found quite inappropriate. Because of this, I felt really uncomfortable throughout the meal and the service charge was applied when We got treated like this. The two stars are for the Thai atmosphere and environment and the great varieties on the menu.

Very good food with great gluten free options. The queues are pretty sizeable, but worth the waitThe cocktails were decent too- particularly the 'Siam Southside'

Great place with a fab atmosphere. The menu is huge which is great for larger groups, there is definitely something for everyone. We were not keen on the plastic cups for water, but this was a minor gripe. Overall, I would recommend.

Great food, quick service, nice atmosphere. Would definitely go back.Big menu with lots of options, both meat and vegan options, alcoholic and non also available via the cocktail list.

Really great place! A little wait to get seated but we'll worth it. Great menu with loads of choice & super quick service, food really excellent 👌 You really feel like you are sat in some kind of market/street.

First time I was here 2 years ago. Every time when I want to go somewhere or order something for takeaway My first thought is always Zaap. ! I really love that food, its excellent. Taste and amount. Price is reasonable what is really important as well. I recommended Zaap to all of my friends and most of them tried and they were really happy with my recommendation.

I must say this place was fantastic. The interior design is an assult on your eyes....but not in a bad way. Everywhere you look there is something interesting to see and it's so colorful. Our waitress Moo was a delight and so attentive to us. She recommended dishes and was a real pleasure to chat to.The food was divine! Really delicious flavours and my vegetarian main was superb. I would absolutely return!
