Zizzi - Nottingham in Nottingham

This restaurant has now become my favourite place to eat in Nottingham. Food is amazing and their waiter Jonathan is an absolute credit to this restaurant he is friendly,professional and always smiling. If you have a blue light card you can use it here too sun to thurs highly recommend if you love Italian food.

Lovely impromptu meal, arrived as a walk in as we hadn't booked, food was lovely, staff were very friendly and attentive.

Good food. Not expensive. Very crowded and noisy. Not for a date night. Lack of internet connection makes it difficult to order through the app. Serving was weird as well as the waiter asked me what was my order. Otherwise great place to meet singles or have a fun meal with friends

The QR code didn't work first, have to tell the staff to activate it. This was the only negative thing, otherwise, the place is clean, the staff is very professional and polite. The food was great and I like the aesthetic like the teapot is really cute.

Wouldn’t give me a carbonara because I’ve got mild lactose intolerance.I came to zizzi specifically to try the carbonara, I’d been looking forward to it all day. But just as I walk through the door I get asked about allergy’s. I stupidly mentioned lactose and I get told I am now unable to order the one thing I came here to get.Nobody in the history of the universe has died from lactose intolerance. AND 68% of the global population are lactose intolerant, millions of people don’t even know they have it so there is without a doubt another person in here right now with lactose intolerant enjoying a delicious creamy meal.Thank you for your timeGoodnight

Decent food although they brought our deserts and mains out at the same time(?) so felt a bit rushed.

The place is great, Great food with good service, loved the calamari and the prawns 🦐 starter 🔥🔥 amazing buttery taste. Highly Recommend it. It also has a 30% student discount with uni days so enjoy 💋💋

Really good food and great atmosphere!

All done from the app so no table service necessary, very impressed. Started with a Caffè latte and was also given some pasta crisps (very nice) ordered the bruschetta with extra mozzarella for a starter which arrived in around 5 mins, this was very light, tasty and filling, then I had the Spaghetti Chorizo Carbonara which arrived around 10mins after my starter had finished giving me time to admire the beautiful open kitchen and superb decoration of the interior. Would highly recommend from mother's meeting up for a catch up/Business meetings to a romantic evening meal. Staff were very polite

Come here every month for a girlie catch up, but won't be doing so anymore. The evening was one thing after another. First if all, they couldn't find our booking, then they got one of the drinks orders wrong, the only one of us that had a salad, (cold meal), was left waiting for their meal, while the other 2 had to wait.We decided to finish the evening off with a pudding, a couple of sundaes, which were then left on the counter to melt, they were sat there that long, that a member of the kitchen team, had to tell the manager to take them to the table.It wasn't even that busy, yet the staff still seemed to struggle to cope.
