Heard so much about this place, I was not disappointed with our experience. A very large Indian restaurant. Very spacious and beautiful decor. Staff are very friendly and pleasant with uniform looking very professional. Seating area was very pleasant, with ample space for our group of 7 people. The menu has a wide range of food to cater for all palettes. We ordered some popadom with chutney and starter chop/kebab mix, mango lassi, drinks and a variety of special mains dishes from chicken, meat, biryani, tiger prawns, lentils, sag curry etc. The drinks and starters came very quickly. They were hot and tasty. When we requested more chutney we got it. Mains came straight after the staff had cleared all starter plates and gave us clean plates and cutlery. The mains food were very good portions, hot, fresh and tasty. We all enjoyed our starters and mains. We ordered ice cream desert and ended the whole evening experience with the mint chocolate at the end. A great evening, lovely atmosphere/place and fantastic food. A restaurant worth visiting if you are in Leicester.

The decor is great And the atmosphere is really good tooVery busy every time I go which is normally a sign that it’s a good place to eatAndIt is :)Hands down one of the best Indian food places I’ve been too. Full of flavour they don’t just ram loads of chillis in. Great portion sizes tooThe Fish pakora are amazing as a starter. Have this every time I go so please do try them.I’ve been loads of times now and take my mates here too. Never had a bad dish yetAlways rave about this place to everyone so next time you want a curry. Go try the best !!Keep cooking the amazing dishes !!

Elegant decor. Lovely mouth watering dishes. Samosa Chaat, along with ghost handi , was awesome, also we liked faluda as a dessert. Definitely a place to visit with family and friends.

Absolute amazing service. Restaurant wasn't too full so everything was on point. Kids loved it also. The nans were really nice. The butter chicken as always amazing. The karai ghosht also nice. Lovely experience.Could do with slightly better pricing. The drinks were quite expensive.

I do not know how to express my disappointment for this place. Travelled from London to visit, the food was beyond sub-par! The atmosphere and decor was BEAUTIFUL but unfortunately the customer service and food did NOT match. The waiter had not even looked at my direction let alone ask how my dinner was but kept speaking to my partner who was whilst interacting and consulting my male partner. (Backwards Asian mentality?) As a female, I felt so inadequate and ignored from the moment I entered to exiting the building, as if a man has to speak for me! The rice portion was NON existent. The recommended ‘handi of the day chicken curry’ was disgusting, it was chicken dipped in tomato puree. The gosht biryani was edible albeit the meat being overcooked. The waiters were extremely awkward. I can not believe how bland and tasteless the food was! The starters we got ‘tandoor wings’ was overcooked and bland, the recommended chunks of gosht also ..boring. Don’t waste your time and go to a proper Indian or Pakistani.. and this is coming from a fellow South Asian myself.

Nice lovely decor however I expected a better standard food. The starters they served (Sultani chops) were cold so I advised the waiter. Instead of providing a fresh sizzling hot portion of starters they just reheated it and returned it.The food quality really lets it down. The Lamb karahi suspiciously did to taste fresh and the Chicken biryani was below standard. For the price you pay you expect decent quality food but I can honestly say I've had better.

Food was good. I asked for decent level of hotness but came back mild but flavourful. Service was bad. Kept having to ask for cutlery and some of the food was missing so had to ask for that. Its a shame. Food was nice though.

Really nice restaurant. Lovely fancy decor. Food is great. Most restaurants like this starters are fab and mains are usually a let down. Not the case here. Starters are really tasty. Tried the chops, kebabs, somosas and wings and all were cooked nicely. Had a paneer dish for mains and a chicken karahi with naan and pilau rice. Portions for mains was very generous. Only a 4 star and not 5 as the pricing for starters for what you get is a little steep. 2 somosas and 2 kebabs per portion... but was tasty. Would come again if I'm in the area.
