McDonald's in Oadby and Wigston

So just bought a McDonald’s breakfast for the family hot chocolate was like water shell in the egg and all falling apart in the bag I genuinely think McDonald’s in wigston is the worst McDonald’s in Leicester all the rest far better. All wigston are bothered about is getting the delivery orders out not bothered about the customer that are actually eating there

Another slow meal at a "Fast Food" restaurant because deliveries are destroying them. Not sure if they make the McDonald's too busy.Ordered at 10:44 got bored of waiting and went up at 11:12 and the order was not on there systems I think it was cleared in the mayhem of orders. We finally got an order at 11:17McDonald's please act now. I counted 11 in here at one point with more coming. That's 11 car park spaces 5 tables taken oh and not to mention disabled bays being taken up.Ticket system? what ticket system, seems to crash at every McDonald's and your left to try and listen for a faint shout.In all you cannot fault the hard work of the team but rather the lack of planning and infrastructure to support them.

Shocking service the Business priority here is Mc Uber and not the customers in the restaurant. It’s so bad it’s pathetic, not worth going here you will be waiting along time. We need KFC in Wigston this place is finished.

A lot of easy to access parking. Social Distance and Face Masks were required and adhered to by all shops. As a person who is married to a lady who does not like to shop this was a very pleasant place to visit with a good range of well ventilated open and light shops. All that we visited had very approachable, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. We would be very happy to visit again.

It's a pretty decent fast food joint, which benefits from lots of self service displays, so there's little to no queues to get your food in-store.

I've visited this McDonald's a number of times as I'm working in the area and whilst the food is of the high quality you'd expect, the car park is constantly full of delivery drivers collecting orders which mean normal customers can't get parked for their meal. Several times I've intended to use the collection points however I've found cars parked in them and upon waiting for them it is always delivery drivers. I will continue to use this McDonald's as it is closest to where I'm working but significant improvements on the management of delivery drivers would improve the overall experience.

Never again.I met a couple of friends here. Had a meal deal and then 2 coffee's after. Had a nice time catching up.2 weeks later I received a parking fine even tho I was continually using there services.I spend normally £40 or so a week in the drive through a week. For a £50 fine they have lost my continued business.You have to rush in, rush to eat and leave.I'm disgusted with this rule and never again.

Fast food? Fast fast food?It's fast but busy busy busy, try the drive through...not a good idea it's always rammed every day all day, no one has a cooker or it's just simple quick food.Best thing to do is park up and go inside you'll be out faster than the drive through people.Traffic is horrendousBurgers are all good

Friendly and helpful staff. Arrived at 10:59am and was still served breakfast without any fuss. Food really good the only criticism the coffee was warm, but not that drastic to return it.Toilets and wash area really clean, obviously checked regularly.Witnessed staff sterilise their hands often whilst in the store.5 stars for this one. Also added to Trip Advisor!

So me and fam went to get McDonald's we went through the drive through we got home and after we started eating we realizd the chicken nuggets was raw inside also flat coke and Fanta I rag them and they told me that it wasn't possible for it to be raw but I can tell what raw meat looks like they would refund me money or give me fresh food if I was you I'd find a different McDonald's if I could give no stars I would
