Great store, however I’m a little shocked that a store of this scale can’t afford a single telephone operator to deal with customer service queries. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I bought a defective product (unsealed burnt packaging on food item) and wanted to warn them to check the batch. Too cheap to be worth going all the way back to return…

Shocking customer service staff, they speak to you in such a condescending way, I hate Asda anyway, it’s horrendous but this has just put me off for life. I basically scanned an electrical item twice in error and paid without realising, when I went to customer service she did no more than tell me off for basically not concentrating. I had my toddler with me and no, shock horror, I wasn’t concentrating fully on the screen but more on making sure she didn’t wonder off, it’s called human error. She was vile and shouldn’t be on customer service.

Staff are very friendly and can buy everything you needed here. Love shopping here.

brought 3 pairs of jeans to get home to find only one pair fitted, asda need to open the changing rooms. this means I have to go all the way back to get my money back and a waste of petrol and money.

This places is becoming a rip off. My weekly shopping bag went from £32 to £43. Thank God the the new lidl has opened up the road.

Amazing prices, good quality and easily navigatable with all items placed where you expect. Pleasant shopping experience.

Use to be the store of the city and ran like a military operation. Seems to be a staff shortage, shelves not stocked, outside of the store needs a jet wash, rubbish and trolly's in dis-repair . The overall feel of the store was not to the high standards expected for West Bridgeford. It's quite simply to put right however in the mean time Aldi seem to be taking up the market share. People will always return for good brands however if these continue to be unavailable it's not looking good. We hope the glitches are rectified. KR, George

Big thank you to Asda staff for sorting out the petrol station situation we've had these past few days. Today, 28th September staff directed shoppers and those after fuel. Getting in and out the parking or forecourt was much easier and the £30 limit on fuel is in place. The staff outside were brilliant. Very helpful and polite.

Very busy and crowded for covid 19 experience. However its a massive store . One star gone bcz the way how its organized and the way things are stored. Also they need more time to add for free parking
