Have been regular customer for years.Recently customer service and quality have gone down hill.Order was over 1 hour over the expected time.no apologies.Food was not as good as usual.Unfortunately I will find a new takeaway.

First Al fresco experience here, the food was delicious as always. Gnats were a bit of an issue, due to the close proximity of the trees. Fairy lights would have been nice along with citronella for the gnats.

Ordered food from this restaurant twice now, and both times they have messed up the order with one dish. The rest of the curries were nice, but the inability to get some dishes correct is horrible. They gave us a completely different curry than what we ordered the first time, and the second time they gave us a different type of naan. All in all, a pretty okay place for takeaway and meh curries.

Easy online ordering, and good delivery - usually bang on time, but occasionally maybe 15-20 minutes late, I guess if they are busy (hell, they can't deliver every single order on time). Food is delicious, and the chicken pieces are absolutely huge - none of that cubed stuff you sometimes get in curries. My only minor criticism would be they could do with adding a bit more of the various spices to get more flavour in ( I stress, just a minor criticism). I only started using them fairly recently due to lockdown, but very impressed. Naans are perfect. Not really had a problem with the rice. The first time it was maybe a tiny bit mushy/wet, but every other order has been perfect.

Been eating in, and having take outs from here since it first opened many years ago. I ordered takeaway food again last night and the food was absolutely delicious, as always. My favourite dish (Chicken Tikka Biryani) was of a generous size too. Big thanks to the restaurant for keeping going during these difficult times.

Just had a takeaway and can't fault it. Delicious food, good portion sizes and delivered on time. Will definitely be ordering from here again!

Unfortunately this will be last time of ordering due to terrible customer service tonight. Despite trying to get through repeatedly for over 20 minutes we ended up downloading the app as the phone was permanently engaged. On the takeaway menu it said 20% off your first order if you create an account and use the app. It also said on the takeaway menu that the dishes we were ordering came with pilau rice, great! On the checkout on the app no discount was applied and when our meal arrived there was no rice. When I called the guy said that the 20% is with orders over £25 despite it saying that no where on the menu. He then said that we had to pay £4 for the rice and became unnecessarily rude and argumentative. When I said that it said on the menu the dishes included rice he just wanted to argue about the fact that on the app you have to order it separately. The most disappointing part is that instead of being polite and offering to sort the situation he just wanted to argue the point and charge me extra for rice. We've ordered from here for a while but after tonight won't be doing so in the future.
