This place is fantastic, I can recommend the Lamb shank, it exceeded expectations, amazing. I’ll definitely be back. The staff are friendly, attentive and efficient. Rest of our party enjoyed their meals as well.Forget the classic British Indian meals, although you get those here too, try this pace for a taste of the real thing..

One of the best curries I've ever had. A little more expensive than usual but worth it for the mains.

The food was delicious, the staff were alert and intuitive. The owner was very kind and was there to make sure everything was running smoothly. Overall it was an amazing experience and we'd be glad to be back again.

It was a beautiful experience Staff made us feel welcome and service was very good. My children enjoyed it alot. Food was excellent.

Having eaten curries, usually around Birmingham, for the last forty years it's very rare that something exceptional raises its head.I called here early evening and chose the Boatman's Curry. It's basically a shellfish curry. The quality of the fish, the amount provided and the tastes were exceptional.I think the two people serving are a couple. They were extremely friendly and enthusiastic.It's such a shame it isn't local to me.

Ate here yesterday evening with a friend and have to say it was absolutely delicious. We both had chicken handi it’s was flavoursome and had a good kick to it.. the only point of improvement I could make is the chicken was on the tough side, but other than that it was delicious. Staff were friendly and looked after us.. the manager lady was walking round checking on everyone which was nice to see. Will definitely be returning again soon

I came for a takeaway here and the food quality and service was beautiful. The taste was top quality and the care and love the stuff had was clear. Even though they had a busy restaurant at the time I wasn't just pushed to the side. I was greeted and made to feel just as welcome as all the eat in customers.The portion sizes were also fairly large and I probably didn't also need rice but it made for a lovely lunch the next day. Definitely would recommend and will be visiting lots more.

Have dined in and had take away from Bombay West Bridgford.The food is good but very rich.The menu is good for identifying vegan food but not other intolerances, for this you have to speak to someone to verify if a dish contains gluten for example.Take away was prompt and available soon after ordering for collection during lockdown. We were part of a large party in January and the service wasn't as good as it could have been, food not coming out at the same time, missing orders etc hence 4 rather than 5 star. It is more expensive than other places and although good not quite worth the increase in price tag. I'd be happy to order again but it is not somewhere you go for value for money.The menu is also a little difficult to navigate when using a smartphone, especially if you want to alter from delivery to collection
