Domino's Pizza in Rushcliffe

Our closest dominos was shut and we asked if this branch would deliver to us and they rudely refused on the phone to help us with our order so we had to get pizzas from elsewhere in Nottingham

Tried to order again recently, there were complications with the order. Spoke to a man on the phone - rude and very bad customer service.However, usually, in the past it's good! Vegan pizza is brilliant - best Vegan Margherita alongside Pizza Express.However, the last few times, the quality control hasn't been all that great.Ordered 3 pizzas last week, one was burnt and had barely any cheese on it and the Hawaiian didn't come with the mushroom topping. Other times, the food has been cold.

Really poor services never ever i get my order in time or hot always i have to complain i dont know from where they had picked their drivers

I can see why this place has a 2.8 star rating. Ordered online, app said the order had been delivered (it hadn’t) so I called the store. Guy told me the app sometimes gives out the wrong info and that it actually would be with us in 15mins. 45mins later still no pizza so called again. Same guy said haven’t you already called…. Yes I replied. Right he said, I’ve spoken to the driver, who is stood next to me and said he has delivered it. He said someone is lying, probably the driver and said he would refund it. So Papa Johns it is tonight and every time from now on.

I will NEVER BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!I ordered two pizzas one pizza was Texas BBQ and I swapped two toppings which was peppers for sausage & I swapped BACON for mushrooms.Dominos have put 2 pieces of bacon onto my pizza!! Which has made me furious as my son is allergic to bacon meat!I have given dominos a call and spoke to the manager who is called Rituraj and he has not dealt with it at all! He said he asked his kitchen staff and they said the did not add any bacon onto the pizza at all BUT I HAVE That slice right i front of me.He then said he will send a driver to take back my pizza for evidence and I told him I have took pictures! I will be taking this further to head office as this has not been dealt with at all.

We ordered a pizza pretty late, it was around 12:30 am, we recieved an email saying our pizza has been delivered however we never got the pizza. We tried tracking it through the app yo no avail. We decided to call the restaurant to see what happened. The guy who picked up was so rude. He kept cutting me off mid sentence and wouldn't let me talk. It was a horrible experience talking with him to the point I hung up on him because he kept cutting me off. Never had an issue with dominos before however this experience makes me not want to order again. Still waiting for my pizza as well

Not something we would normally do but got the 50% off deal and it was tasty enough. Pizza was ready when we arrived, all done via the app, and have not received any spam messages since which is a relief

Normally when ordering from here we don't have a problem and have fairly quick delivery. However today it seems like they were running out of most toppings, sauce and cheese. There was so little topping in the centre that it was luke warm when biting into it and you could see the base.Update 12/06/21: Last few times we have ordered from here there's hardly any cheese/tomato base flavour- v dry! Perhaps they will up their game again when the Pizza Hut is open?!

I ordered a Large Pizza and Garlic Bread as soon as looked at the food I could see the Garlic Bread was raw as it wasn't cooked properly as the dough was still wet. Also, the pizza looked as if it was rushed as there was no cheese around the edge it just seemed like it was dumped in the middle and all I could taste on the pizza was BBQ sauce! furthermore, took around 15-20 minutes to be delivered which was surprising how quick it was which didn't reinsure me with if the food was cooked properly or not. After eating this meal I was stuck on the toilet with diarrhea and an upset stomach, I contacted the food safety department and said there was nothing wrong and didn't offer me a refund or a discount which I was disappointed in. I felt like they didn't take the matter seriously as they said they didn't get other bad reviews on the day even though they were busy and looking at the review I see that people have the same issues.
