The table we were given was poor. Waitresses were going to and fro from the kitchen very off putting while we were eating. This is mainly why I have given 3 stars. The service was very good, very efficient and quick. The Sunday Roast was good value

Stayed here a few times and rooms always clean and tidy to a high standard. Beds very comfortable. The pub and staff are great. Food is great . Love the steak every time I stay there

I have been two times now to this pub and the staff is professional and friendly.I love their lamb shank (which is what I have ordered on both occasion). It’s delicious and the portion is very satisfying.Their non alcoholic beverages are also fantastic. I enjoy their mocktails so much !

Was very busy but seated us earlier than our booking, was an hour wait for food but well worth it. Staff were lovely and so apologetic about the wait and clearing between courses. Recommend the roasts!

We’re here for two nights only experienced one at the minute and the staff are incredible,food is gorgeous and worth the money. Entertainment started at 8 which we stayed around for to see what it was like and it’s so worth sticking around for,music or karaoke with your family or friends will definitely be coming back tonight and coming back here again!

This is a very clean, comfortable and well run venue, with welcoming and friendly. My friend and I stopped off for lunch yesterday (Sunday 9 January 2022) And she opted for the Sunday roast while I chose a vegetarian option. Both were well cooked and presented and the portions were very generous and excellent value for money.

For the money it was excellent. Great room, comfy bed, hot water, very clean, what more do you need. Breakfast was great & was very reasonably priced indeed. Staff were friendly & helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing else to say apart from Rubbish!!..Waited 2hrs for a Steak and it was drier than the Sahara Desert and rather than wait for another steak as I.m Diabetic opted for the Jacket potato which if thrown at a Wall would of put holes in it!!..Sister in laws meal of Chicken was even worse!!.. did complain but no refund offered..the Staff were nice enough but their Uniforms were grubby and overall NOT a place for food!!👎👎👎👎
