Gillmoores Cafe in Rushcliffe

It was ok, but it felt like they were trying to rip you off at every opportunity. Suggesting chips were included in the burger choice, implying the kids menu came with pudding etc. If the menu and service had been transparent about these things I probably wouldn't have grumbled, but the attempts to rinse extra money out of customers felt unnecessary. Food was fine, nothing special, but the feeling of being cash cows wasn't pleasant.

Relaxed atmosphere and attentive service. We had tapas and it was good quality and value for money. Good variety for vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters. The food was served hot.

Incredible food and great service. The staff were so friendly and patient (I'm struggling to speak at the moment). And the food... Wow!We'll definitely be going back here again!

Visited today with a group of friends. There was a little mix up with the order, however the waiter was extremely apologetic and was LOVELY throughout! My pizza was delicious, however my friends were disappointed with their tapas dishes.

Food was lovely. Staff were lovely lamb chop was lovely but completely spoilt by the 3 tiniest bits of potatoe I have ever seen in my life and I came away so hungry . I am elderly and usually struggle to finish but when I got home I had to eat a sandwich

Very relaxed atmosphere they have put a lot of thought into somewhere near a petrol station and a busy road: well worth a visit!

Second visit for lunch with family. Good service and good fish dishes. Had the baked cod this time - for me, delicious. Had an excellent cask ale on - New Dawn from Navigation Brewery Nottingham. Just give it a try when you can!!Thought it good value for money.PS Loo's immaculate.

We came here for a family celebration and were really impressed! The food was delicious and imaginative and the service was impeccable. Highly recommended.

I went with my brother for a meal for the first time since lockdown. We both had a pizza. The pizza was superb. Fantastic food. Great polite and friendly staff. Great value for money as it was the Eat out to help out. The atmosphere was buzzing with people.
