Mcdonald's Restaurants in Rushcliffe

Very poor service, it took 15 minutes for my order to be ready. Also the noisiest staff I've every experienced. Continually shouting to each other and not always about orders.They obviously can't cope with the delivery orders even though they seem to prioritise them over the eat in customers.

The speed of delivery. The particular outlet was packed as it stood a short distance from where the game was. We almost thought of looking for another eatery as we expected delays. However, the takeaway was as quick as it would have been on any normal day. Well-done to whoever designed the delivery process and the team that executed.

Again missing something from my order I couldn't go back because I was on my lunch break and I have limited time, definitely not going to chosen this restaurant for my next lunch break

Would deffo give zero stars if I could. The team on this site is absolutely horrible and needs re training, theres always an order missing everytime I order from uber eats. Either sauces or my meal which they always forget. Manager needs to keep an eye and watch their staff like babies so they actually do everything right

Honestly the worst fast food chain I’ve ever been too. I don’t even know where to start from. The bins inside always overloaded, sticky and dirty floor,dirty tables tables with left lovers on top. orders having missing items. unfriendly and rude staff with a lot of attitude. Especially the short female manager. Non of this acceptable. Most definitely will never come here again

Just ordered from McDonald’s Trent bridge Nottingham only to be disappointed yet again. One meal missing again, last time drinks missing, the previous time stone cold food. I rang the restaurant to be told that there is nothing that they can do other than that I contact just eat to get a refund, how does that help the hungry person watching other people eat. I and my family have totally lost confidence in McDonald’s. I ordered from a brand standard restaurant that supposed prides themselves on order accuracy. I was under the impression that McDonald’s Trent bridge had one of the best trained teams in the area or don’t they have blades dream team any longer. I have a very disappointed and hungry family who will now have to wait for me to order food from elsewhere.

Only giving 1 star because I can’t give 0. Every time I order something is missing from my order, on the occasions it has just been drinks I have let it go as everyone makes mistakes once in a while but when someone’s meal is missing it’s unfair for that person to watch other people eating while I have to order from another company for a replacement meal. McDonald’s refused to do anything to correct their mistake as apparently it’s the delivery company who is at fault. After a conversation with a so called manager the situation couldn’t be resolved and she hung up on me. Should a company be offering a delivery service if they have absolutely no control over correcting their own mistakes. Refunds don’t fill hungry stomachs. I get the feeling that McDonald’s are more interested in quantity than quality just hoping that the will get so many customers through the door that we are expendable.

McDonald's are veery bad in UK because is veery limited in products and an hamburger is veery poor, no salad how supost to be in an hamburher. They need to make a change.

Queues were short, food was less than 5 minutes from order to presentation. Staff were pleasant and restaurant looked clean. Despite a busy drive through, the team looked to be handling it well. Food was also fresh and well cooked, always a bonus!

There is always something missing from my order when I go to this McDonald's. Yesterday I got myself a normal size big mac and my husband a double big mac, when I got home I found there was no cheese in either of them!Previously I have ordered a sausage and egg mcmuffin and got home to find no egg in it! Can't cope with the devastation again so will avoid this McDonald's from now on.
