Busy place with Fab coffee and Cake friendly happy staff plenty of outside seating with heaters. Enjoyed the coffee after a chilly walk along the river Trent.

No. 8 Deli in West Bridgford is another hidden little gem. They serve a selection of barrista coffees at the sort of high street coffee shop prices.They also have a great selection of pastries, sandwiches and soft drinks.The cappuccino I had was pretty good. Service was polite and quick.You can sit inside and outside and this being Britain despite the November weather there are usually people sit outside too!

Lovely food and excellent coffee. But team felt very flustered as it was busy. Waited 30 mins for food to arrive. Would go back but not during a busy weekend.

I had a small, tasty, strong flat white. They have their own coffee roast. The blueberry pastry contained a creamy custard/anglaise (I am not a chef! ) Large, meaty sausage roll seasoned with caraway was delicious. They have seating out back.

Update - 1 star... Second time recently i have called in the cake has been hard and dry, deissappointing. Fingers crossed next time it is better.Previous review. Always a lovely place for lunch and a coffee. A wide selection of meat, veggie and vegan options. The staff are great and always welcoming. One of my oreferred stops in west Bridgford. Definetely will be back.

Lovely food and service. I do take my own stainless steel cutlery now as I can't use the tiny wooden knife and fork provided! I might be a little 'picky' there but it wasn't easy cutting toast etc. Won't put me off coming back though, outdoor seating area is great too.

Served a pile of fat on the boys bacon sandwiches...had to share the bacon amongst the two. When mentioned it at the end was told I should have asked to have the fat taken off beforehand....who even thinks of that...."next time I should ask for it to be taken off"....err ....all for £14
