Pizza Express in Rushcliffe

Turned away at the door by a confused waitress Who said they are fully booked It was half empty in fact probably at 40 percent capacity

Went there Monday around 3:45pm for Dinner with Family.Waitress rolled her eyes at my mum when she asked for a Menu, Pizzas were very bland, never had this issue not sure if they were having an off day or just really bad (honestly had more flavour in a Frozen Pizza)Not to mention they added a £20.00 'service' charge - I have to ask... what service? Extremely rude and made us wait ages.The waitress then left off her shift and we got new waiters/waitresses who were better, but still let down by the pizzas... you would think Pizza Express know how to make Pizzas which taste good!

Been to West Bridgford pizza express tonight. Not sure where the Express comes from as service was extremely slow. Took half an hour before anyone came to our table to take our order. Never asked us if everything was okay with our meals and never asked if we wanted more drinks or any dessert. We had to ask for the bill which never came so had to go to cash till to pay. We could have quite easily walked out without paying. Not good at all.

Booked in for 8pm on New Years eve, and in spite of last minute staff absences and lubricated New Years diners (who of course thought they were hilarious with their cheers and jeers for food being served to tables) we were looked after really well, and the food was great as always. BBQ Burnt Ends Romana is my new favourite pizza :-) Thx to all the staff who were working that night.

Dropped in on the off chance, hostess was lovely and let us wait for a table even though they were clearly extremely busy. We had been turned away from so many other places and we really appreciated them fitting us in. We were starving!

Enjoyable experience and the food was excellent which is the main thing. Staff were polite, even though they looked to be busy. Thanks Pizza Express

Absolutely brilliant!!! Sooo much vegan choice... i was spoilt for choice!!!!! The staff were all really friendly... and the food was piping hot and delicious!!! Really happy with our visit... definatey visiting again when in the area!!!

Not a great experience at this Pizza express. Booked ahead but had to wait outside for. 20 minutes. Food took ages ( 1 hour) to arrive. Toilets flooded and floor dirty and wet. But the food was good and server/ waiter worked his socks of all night.

Had a dreadful experience here. Waited over an hour for starters(literally some doughballs) and were told that it was because they had takeaway orders (when they quite clearly forgot). Staff spent more time having a mother's meeting than actually bothering to serve tables, manager was incredibly rude and impolite. Overall service was shocking, and food mediocre, won't be going back.

We have ordered POLLO ITALIANO and Pollo American and these are how they have been delivered!! disappointing! the pollo Italiano came without pesto, tomato and mozzarella cheese!
