Portello Lounge in Rushcliffe

I love this place for a chilled evening. They allow children and dogs so best to sit upstairs if you want a bit more privacy. There are so many options for food and the prices are great. The drinks and food is lovely too! Deffo recommend

A bit of a lively place with a chill vibe. Music plays in the background and is reminiscent of sitting in a modern cafe with an old school feel.There's upstairs seating as well as a patio on both floors. Except for water, ordering is web-based via a QR code on the menuThe food was delivered quickly and it was hot. It was also flavorful and each meal has a bit of a twist to it. I left leaving an empty plate and would come back again

Always have a good meal at the various lounge bars I've been to and no different here. All the family enjoyed their meals. Service was quick and the staff were pleasant. I liked the decor and with it being on 2 floors there is plenty of space.

The food was absolutely fantastic, as was the service! Portello is a great place for a good bite to eat!

Great selection of food with breakfasts and brunches being available all day. Fantastic sides and for those who want gluten free or vegan there are separate menus.Stunning interior, with a relaxing atmosphere. The manager judges his customers well and creates great rapport. Monday gives free puddings on mains and burgers, and there’s a host of offers in the week.Parking is easy in the nearby council car park, and other bars an eateries surround it if you want to extend your evening. Totally on my list for weekend breakfasts now too!

Visited Portello lounge with my friends and I cannot fault the service, particularly as both of my mates both have allergies. Sam took care of us, took note of the allergies, was patient and delivered decent food that made us all smile. We had several plates of tapas, mac n cheese, and a really good churro. It makes a difference someone actually cares about the service and the experience that is had. Well done Sam and team, we appreciate you and will be back.

We went in with 8 allergies, and left full, satisfied , and happy. The gentleman, Sam, who served us took complete ownership of our orders, and delivered. The food was lovely, and the service was even better. I cannot praise Sam enough for his help in ensuring we were safe and comfortable. I wish I could give 6 stars.
