Ruddington Fish Bar & Pizza in Rushcliffe

Staff are friendly, chip shop was very clean, the food was tasty and the portion sizes are good!

Food is good, bit pricey, but understandable in current climate. One thing though, staff are not always fully attentive or concentrate on what's going on, order in the shop, but got home and 1 x fish missing, partner had to confirm the order several times,when asked what is was we were having, bit disappointed

*EDIT* Going by ratings wasn't impressed 😒 especially when got home and realised they'd forgot a portion of chips that we had paid for no point ringing them by the time you've got home it's not worth going back. If you order online and collect check your order before leaving. Lesson learned. Edit! they refunded my account for the missing item so 5 stars for a professional response.

I no longer live in the U.K. and you can’t seem to buy Kebab meat on its own like you can here so I had Donna Meat Chips & Gravy & I didn’t leave a thing. Chips were crisp & brown just how I like them. This is the best chipper in Ruddington/Clifton or Gotham and worth a drive out😉

Wonderful service, lad that served us had excellent customer service.Love the fish had the haddock and plaice, both cooked to perfection with light coating of batter.

Excellent takeaway tea, super food, quick and accurate time of delivery, hot and fresh on arrival. All round 5/5

Chips on the cold side ? Staff not very friendly. Any one with disabilities should stay clear of Ruddington fish bar . As to gain access , you have to get up two large steps and there is no support handle to steady your self getting in the bar , the same on the way out ! My wife nearly fell down the steps ! I thought that shops had to provide easy access for the disabled? Not worth their salt ! Won't be going back .

Possibly the best fish and chips in Great Britain!Chips are double cooked and crispy. The fish is in a light crispy batter. You can pre order on their app to pick up at a time specified by you. Better than most seeside chippys!

Ordered pineapple fritters and chips. The chips were awful. Tasted like yesterday’s heated up. Threw away in bin. Phoned them up. They said they were the best chips. Well you eat them then. Disgusting. Sharon Rutter.

Worst Kebab ever..... Chili sauce was brown, Chap serving me and his mate hid the food from me while serving, Maybe he put on wrong sauce but he still charged £13 and he realised.Have they changed hands ?Last time for me.
