Great pub, loads of entertainment and beer is really good.Never tried the food but will definitely be heading down to try it soon!

Consistently very good... I took the chicken cesar, the duchess took katsu n chips... both were massive portions and very very tasty... go there!

Booked in for Sunday lunch for someone's birthday with seven of us. Warm welcome, good range of beers but disappointingly no Sunday roasts which they have decided to stop. So had to choose from pizza, burgers and pork or steak sandwich and chips. We all enjoyed but not quite what we expected when we booked on line for Sunday lunch

Staff were friendly and attentive. Lovely ambiance ! Shame about the food. The menu sounded delicious and it was hard to pick a dish. We went with the Nottingham Pie. Very disappointing.Pastry was rock hard , you couldn't put a knife through it, no bacon bits or Stilton as described. Very small portion, we left hungry. We ordered a doggie dinner which was nuked to death in the microwave , she couldn't eat it for 1/2 n hour it was that hot. We heard good things about this place, left very disappointed.

By far the best pub in the area. Great atmosphere, dog and kid friendly. Bonza selection of beers. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait for the next trip back 🍻 have heard great things about the food as well so will look forward to trying that next👌

A nice lunch with an excellent choice of beers. However the sandwiches are far too thickly cut and the additional fries makes for a stodgy meal. The Luddy Fries were great 😀

The food and staff here are so lovely! Extremely attentive and polite! They even have a dogs dinner which our pup really appreciated!! Highly recommend!

A cosy pub, a great selection of drinks. A small selection of hot food but all tasted very good. Very friendly staff
