Such a wonderful pub and our fav Sunday roast in Leicestershire!

We popped in for a light Sunday lunch, but then chose 2 starters each, as the food looked and sounded so good👍 Would reccomend a visit. Staff very friendly and energetic, with live background music in bar. Will definitely come again when I'm next in the area 😊.

Long wait for food and limited menu - bank holiday fair enough but even then some items were not available. Food was ok but nothing out of the ordinary. Had high hopes for a first visit but all in all a little underwhelming. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Didn't live up to the hype. I was excited to come here. We visited on a Saturday, we sat in the conservatory area, nice seating and lots of light. My Mum ordered the Trout but it was more of a starter than a main, a tiny amount of veg. Not very substantial. The burger was OK but the meat was tasteless. Also ordered onion rings as a side but they were too big and greasy. It's a lovely pub and nice staff but the food was nothing to shout about.

Enjoyed a super Sunday lunch on my Birthday. Stuart Broad was there too; so nice to see him eating with family in the place he co owns.Pork loin was tasty and a generous serving. The fruit crumble was fantastic.

Fantastic atmosphere, live music on the Friday we attended. Food was exceptional and the staff we're really friendly and fast service. We sat in the bar area but felt it was spacious and didn't feel rushed. The rest of the restaurant area/conservatory was full, but again felt spacious. Fish and chips were huge and the Plant Based burger was delicious. Would highly recommend. Thanks The Tap & Run. We'll be back again soon!

This was recommended by my Airbnb host for a good place to get a Sunday Roast, and boy was she right! The food was amazing! All of the staff was super friendly as well. Will definitely come back if I'm ever visiting again.

We visited this place during the eat out to help out scheme and had the T20 set menu.The set menu has a good selection and the portions are reasonable size. The kids portions are equally generous.It's a nice pub, staff are friendly and the food is great.I definitely recommend it and will go back.

Most enjoyable afternoon at The Tap & Run.We were seated in the conservatory which is lovely and bright. The service was top notch, nothing was too much trouble. We were served really quickly.We ordered from the Sunday Lunch Menu. The food was delicious and so tasty. We would of liked a dessert but we were to full !Cannot wait to visit again 😀

Fantastic food, excellent service, great atmosphere. I tried the Cat & Wickets burger which was absolutely fantastic. Chips were very nice too. Onion rings were absolutely enormous and a little greasy but tasty. Service was quick and waiters were perfect 👌
