Never received our delivery, rang for update and turns out the driver delivered to the wrong person. Shop not interested in recifying

Don't bother. Complete and utter waste of time. Appaling service. Trust in those who will attempt to fulfill their customers expectations. If only zero stars was an option. This. Owing from someone who gives the benefit of the doubt.

Overcharged on 2 kebabs. Told me the price displayed was wrong. A shame as the food is good. Thankfully there are plenty more kebab shops in Nottingham.

Scammers, places an order on Uber eats . Food never arrived and money has been taken out. When rang the restaurant they said they don’t do Uber eats , which clearly they do if their restaurant is on there . Please avoid the scammers

Only reason I’m giving a 3 star is because eventually the did rectify the issues but I wouldn’t recommend to friends. Placed my order said it would be with me by 6 o’clock. 10 past came and I thought I’ll make allowance it’s only 10 minutes. But half 6 it arrived so that’s a 1hr 15 min wait for a pizza and a few sides. Yeah alright things happen. Not the end of the world. Open up my pizza and it’s a cheese and tomato. Not what I ordered. So I ring them up, and to be fair they were really polite and said they’d send the right one out straight away as they’ve got a delivery to the area going out shortly. Awesome. 45 min later, nothing. So I ring them up again, they apologised and said it’s just been cooked it’ll be with you in 15 min. 25 minutes later I finally got the pizza that I’d ordered.The food in general wasn’t too bad in fairness but there are other places I’d choose over this place in future.I will say how polite they were on the phone though so at-least that’s a positive.

Ordered a take away aloud the waiting time of 45 mins which was said. 2 mins to the time it was meant to arrive I get a phone call, expecting that was them saying there was outside. They weren't outside they said they couldn't deliver my food as there had been a water leakage! After me asking how this has happened he was very rude to me and even put the phone down on me! What baffles me the most is I ordered a kebab meat and chips and a chicken burger, I work in hospitality myself and I know it wouldn't take anywhere near that time never mind 45 minutes! Use to order alot from you but wont bother myself now I'll give my money to business that need it and that are not rude to their customers!

This place is a joke!ordered food online for delivery with a 1 hour delivery time. However that they totally failed at and actually delivered the food 2 hours and 30 minutes later!The delivery driver then states they have messed the order up and that he doesn't have all of the food that we paid for and advised us to log missing items with JustEat.Then the food that did make it to our address was stone cold so we had to put it in the oven to hear up, once it was finally hot enough to eat the disappointments kept coming! The pizza was dry, tasteless and caked in salt!!Honestly AVOID this place!!

Great people and excellent food. It was down the street from where we had rented a house, we ordered from them nearly everyday. Food was consistently good.
