Good food, good prices, lots of kids at weekends

·

Great place for lunch very friendly staff well organised with a great menu.

·

Coffee and cake. Coffee great, cake dry. Last time scones were prepared earlier with cream and jam. This makes them hard and dry. Pre-pandemic the scones were wonderful with separate cream/butter and jam. Please go back to that.

What a joy to go into this cafe, even more so after 3.pm when a special offer of portion of cake and coffee cost £4.00 Staff were friendly and efficient, as well working hard to keep tables clear and clean.Good menu, lots of choice.🌟

·

Very busy and popular garden centre cafe with home cooked food. Disabled loos and wheelchair friendly.

We visited for lunch and although my veggie burger was gross, the other paninis were nice ( I'm told) I had the mountain burger, which was very a strange consistency and not like anything I'd had before. I'm not a vegetarian but do like vegetarian food.It was also smothered in cheese or cheese sauce which made it worse. The chips were ok and not very hot for how long we waited. The coleslaw was not pleasant either and the veg had brown edges and just way too much msho( I'm guessing) my smoothy was nice and the onion rings were the best part of my meal. I'd try here again but would avoid the mountain burger at all costs.

Very good food and customer service. Be aware that dogs aren't allowed inside so unfortunately my daughter couldn't have lunch with us.

I loved coming here in June 2021. When I returned this week (the last week of October) I ordered sausage and mash again but I was given the senior citizen sausage and mash (one less sausage and no green beans) instead of what I paid for. Two different waitresses did nothing to help (except one told me all the green beans had gone). I'm not coming back anytime soon.

Most disappointing, been a couple times in the last few weeks, service abysmal, food mediocre, 30 minutes just to give the order. Pre covid came regularly and food was really good but we won’t be going back again until I hear of improvements.

What on earth has happened to Wellington's? We had some lovely meals there when we lived in Ruddington a few years ago, but returned today and it was awful. No one warned us of the wait, and we ended up waiting 50min for 2 hot meals - and then they brought the wrong items on the breakfast and the other meal was cold. The toast was just warm bread and actually inedible. It never used to be like this, but we won't go back again now.
