Bar B.Q House~ in Rutland

Stopped in for a quick cheeky kebab.Really pleasing to see the qualifications of the team on display for all to see.The kebab meat juicy, full of flavour the bread soft and fluffy with a slight toast on the outside.A great selection of fresh Salad and sauces.My only critique the atmosphere in the waiting area could do with some improvement. Maybe a fruit machine or some seating.

Awful customer experience this evening. We ordered food specifically for 19:30, after my partner gets home from work. The food arrived at 18:25.When I rang up, the gentleman was rude down the phone, clearly hadn't read the order properly to see the requested delivery timeslot and told me that, as the driver had left, there was nothing they could do.Bar B Q house has been one of our favourite takeaways since moving to Oakham, but this is twice in the last week an issue has occurred with delivery time, and the lack of care on the phone wasn't acceptable at all.

Don't order from these rude people, they claimed we cancelled our order which we didn't, they still took there money but didn't deliver. Thieving bustards. Never will I order from them again and hope they lose all there customers and shut down.

They really need to work on their customer service skills! Food is okay.

Let me place an order and take my money but don’t deliver it and when ringing they don’t answer.!!

i orderd from here on new years day and have been sick ever since something i ate or drank has given me food poisoning funnily enough i looked at the bottle of tango that came with my order and theres bits floating in it and no sell by date in site, i was supposed to go back to work today and cant because im throwing up ever hour.... NEVER again it dosnt even deserve one star

Far from the best service. Half the order was missing which we paid for. On calling them back all we got was we are to busy we cannot do anything about it. Chicken and lamb was dry definatly wouldn't recommend!! Not impressed at all!!!

I asked if there was a delivery charge before i irdered the man on the phone said there us none, i ordered then the man gives me the bill to which hes added a delivery charge, so when j asked abt ut u get "dont u understand englush" and before i got to say anything he then says ok u want to cance ill cancell then hanged up, it was my 1st experience with this lical food place and my last absolutely rude, ill wait the 30 mins fir eastern delight to open !!!

So I ring up to check if I have been given the correct order, bare in mind I ordered the same thing on the 10/3, get my order which this time has salad and mayo (allergy)All I received was abuse and being called a lier about my order. No option available stating to add or remove said options at which It came as a plain meal last time I ordered.Not happening again, you do not treat customers like that over the phone after asking a basic question which could have been resolved much more easily. Binned the food as stated due to allergies.Triple check your orders, and hope you never have to ring them...

Delivery is a big problem. At the very least you wait 1 hr or if like me 3hrs 15mins.1st time i call they confirm my mobile number and address (both correct) and stated they are a bit busy.2nd time i call its on the way 1hr 40 after i ordered3rd time I called the abuse i got was awful shouting that they called me 2 times and the driver has been 2 times to Edith weston (i said i dont even live in that area so im not surprised hes failed to deliver.Told it'd be another 45mins... When food came i believe its the ssme food from 3hrs previously and the chicken had been reheated as the batter soft n soggy but hot. Pizza definitely cold n not fresh and minus £6.00 worth of drinks..Will never ever order here again for delivery
