Aways delicious food from here and friendly service. I don't go any where else in Oakham for Chinese takeaway.

From the outside it just looks like your average Chinese take-away, but behind the door is a complete gem of an establishment.Golden Dragon has to be serving the best Chinese food this side of China. It's run by a lovely couple - not some massive kitchen serving up any old rubbish - serving up flavoursome traditional and tasty dishes cooked to perfection. Because of this if you're ordering during busy times (Friday/Saturday) be prepared to wait - but it's totally worth it.I must have had 50+ meals from here over the years and never been disappointed - I don't think I can honestly say that about any other take-away.

Probably the best Chinese takeaway in Oakham. Food has a restaurant style quality and chips are always cooked to perfection. Lots of choices on menu and the staff are very friendly. Cash only.

One of the best Chinese take-aways oakham had to offer, the only Chinese located that side of the level crossing and food is great. Busiest days are Friday and Saturday so be sure to order as soon as it opens in the evening due to long waits for the order. Not only is it one of the best tasting, it is also the best value for money as well. Do not forget to try the salt & chilli chips too.

We decided we fancied a Chinese whilst away for a weekend break and popped into the Golden Dragon. We were so pleased we did. The food was really good, especialy the chilli chips. I don't normally have chips but they were so yummy, much to my hubby's dismay as he had to share them.

Very hot and fresh ... Always order from here ... Never had a bad meal. The waiting time can be long but it’s worth it and also shows the food is freshly made! 5 stars!!!
