Love the range of local beers so friendly and loved it there in the beautiful village of Ketton

·

Great selection of beers, genuinely friendly bar staff, a welcoming place overall. A truly great pub.

·

A charming pub with a delightful landlord. The beer is excellent. We didn't eat but we did buy two takeaway flagons of beer and drank them at our campsite.Conveniently, there's an arrangement that lets you hand in the empties at the site so you don't have to schlep back again. Smart thinking!Thank you for a great evening.

Tremendous local pub. Brilliantly run, always friendly and welcoming, a proper beacon in the community. Deserves our support and (hopefully) gets it!

Lovely Land Lady or Manager who accepted my shopping delivery as a Morrisons driver. Very accommodating when I was early and complimentary

One of the most friendly pubs (and yes it is a PUB) I have ever frequented and believe me I have frequented plenty. It has the most homely feeling.Louby the landlady made us feel most welcome, (husband Jamie was out at the time).. Even the dog came to say hello, so yes dog friendly tooThe real ale and lager choices were excellent and well kept by all accounts from the localsI believe there are just cold light bites available. Popular stop for passing walkers on route through and around this pretty villageI want to move there!Oh and just to add a Brucie Bonus, there is a Micro brewery in the village Whoop Whoop so some of the brews do not have far to travel. Cheers to that 🍻

Great guiness , nice steak and ale slice. Lovely little pub with very friendly staff.

Called in here whilst on a weekend away camping. Really friendly and welcoming pub, the owners are so friends. Had a great selection of drinks (and snacks). Definitely worth a visit.

Popped into the Railway Inn on our way back to the campsite. What a charming cosy find, plenty of seating inside and a lovely little covered yard out back, the owners were a wonderful couple who made us truly welcome, and couldn’t do enough for us and our dog maisey. It’s a shame we found it the day before our holiday finished. If you get a chance, visit. We’re glad we did

Lovely local village pub with just the right amount of charm. Great selection of drinks and absolutely fantastic service. Fully on board with all current virus-based safety requirements and a really quaint little outdoor garden too. Would definitely visit again!
