Had food from most Chinese restaurants around heanor always go back to happy chef best round town

Very poor service ordered on the app waited 90 mins for delivery ring up to ask where the food is to be told it's not even been started to be cooked yetVery poor service lost a loyal customer

Stated on the menu that the house special chow mein came with 2 pieces of chicken and 2 slices of pork. Meal came 25 mins late and it had prawns in it which I hate and wouldn't have ordered if I knew it had prawns.

Give you one star for the chips-Paid £16.60 for a meal last night chips lovely-salt and pepper crispy chicken all clogged together and soggy-chicken and mushrooms-bland-prawn crackers-hard-what a waste of all that money(not going there again)disgusted...😬😝😬😝...

Appalling service waited over 2 hours for delivery. We did ring 15 mins after the hour they said it would be she told us another 20 mins it arrived at 9:55pm we ordered before 8 pm . Delivery driver (managers relation) told us he would refund money back to our card however we received a phone call from another staff member . Who refused to refund us and said we have had free food ...... I couldn’t get her to understand that we had paid for the meal . She offer us £5 off our next order or a bottle of free pop which is lemonade from ALDI 😂. ...... Customer service at its best ......NOT . Will not be placing anymore orders . Customer service was atrocious.

Used to really rate happy chef ordered chicken chow mein tonight and couldn't eat it all you could taste was salt! Disgusting!

we ordered via just eat on a fri eve told delivery would be a hour, and at the allocated time of delivery 1 hour later we got a email to say our order was cancelled we were pretty outraged as we were really hungry by this time . what appalling service will never use again

The best chinese food ever ! Highly recommended. Friendly staf , fast delivery and really good quality for this prices!

Happy chef ? Maybe. Happy customer?absolutely not after waiting an hour and a half for the food to be delivered it was missing 2 meals after ringing they were aware of one of the meals they forgot to deliver then a further 45 mins later it rocks up missing the other meal following a 10 min convosation on the phone where they argued calling me a lier they finally gave in then a further 45 mins later my food finally arrived over 3 hours after I placed the order shocking service..
