McDonald's Restaurant in South Derbyshire

Fist day back open and still can’t get an order correct order a double cheeseburger to get home and have a single cheeseburger in a double box get some decent staff that can read

Rubbish, never get what we order. Staff never answer the phone. Are rude when you go in. Good always cold and late or never even turn up! And don’t even get a refund! AVOID!!!!!

25/03/22 For the manager that worked at 12:00pm.I have been doing uber eats for nearly 3 years now and I've worked in many different McDonald's. My experience doing delivery at this McDonald's has been the worst experience ever. The manager (Lady with red hair) is so rude!! I waited in the area where drivers sit until called upon, and as it is my first time working at this McDonald's, I saw my order number on the please collect side of the screen. So, i approached the collection point before I could even get a word in, the manager looked at me and said "urgh, I didnt call your order so go back and sit with the other drivers". I was absolutely shocked at the way I've just been spoken to. She was so rude and I was watching her Speak to other drivers and there was absolutely no respect or any sort of customer service. I really hope McDonald's HR do something about this and have a word with her because I would never let any of my staff speak to anyone like that!!

We ordered hamburger happy meal with hot Chocolate. They gave us scalding hot black Coffee, which burnt my wife hand when releasing the lid.

Always immaculately clean. Toilets clean and fresh. Service time as a rule is very good. Busy times slow things down, but that's to be expected. Polite and friendly staff. Never had a problem with food from this franchise.

Nothing more annoying having visited the drive through to get home and find items missing from your order. Instead of concentrating on your delivery service maybe pay more attention to the people who actually turn up at your restaurants 😡

Me and bro called in the drive thru for breakfast got what we ordered but was still drilled at the window if we wanted an extra hash for 60p. Even though when placing our order we said that's all nothing else. Robots came to mind.

Food was delivered within 20min of online order being placed and arrived so cold I had to throw it in the bin. Clearly using the delivery service to offload food that's been lying around in store (possibly outside)

Popped in here for a treat for a birthday for my daughter and her friends. The car park was full but managed to find a space. At there was 7 of us needed a big table and the staff were really helpful find one for us. I placed an order via their app for delivery to my table and it arrived pretty quick but was missing a burger. Again the staff on the floor were very helpful and sorted out the issue. Would definitely eat here again!

Swadlincote mac Donald is situated in Belmont street.There overall food is nice and clean.The parking area is good.The staff is friendly and helpfull.They have nice and clean sitting area.The drive through service is fast and they have disable parking and entrance to.All in all i would rate it 5 stars.well recommended.....
