Mcdonald's Restaurants in South Derbyshire

Place order online click and collect, arrived and parked in a bay informed the app I was here my order was processed quickly and brought out me within minutes, food hot and freshly cooked and the employee that brought out my meal was very pleasant courteous. Great service.they just need to stop the uber drivers parking up in the click and collect bays as customers that arrived after me was driving around the car park trying to get on this needs to be addressed.

The first visit here went to the counter to order the girl who served me. She was very friendly and helpful; she was very considerate excellent service. ohhhhh, food was fresh and tasty too

Worst McDonald's to ever visit. Waited 25 minutes to get our order for it to be stale and cold. This was with the drive through pretty much Empty and only 3 other customers inside. Wouldn't normally check reviews of a McDonald's but wish we had before going to this one. Also wasn't from a lack of staff either!

Purchased two BBQ big tasty meals and a large mig Mac from the drive thru, when getting home with the order we found one of the big tasty had no topping or sauce! The meal was extortionate for a fast food meal and then was wrong anyway. Very disappointing!

Honestly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. It's about a 5 minute walk from my house, bearing that in mind, we use it regular, despite fail after fail after fail. Tonight it was a 20 minute wait from point of payment, to food being received... we ordered a plain cheeseburger and a medium fries. Very poor.

I nipped in to pick up my food instead of waiting in the drive through. My app order wouldn't accept my payment even though it is valid so I had to flag someone down to make the payment at the til. Then the order screens weren't working. When it finally did come out the reference called was different to the one on the app causing confusion. This McDonalds always seems a bit ropey with them constantly having menu items unavailable, and getting old happy meal themes provided provided which are nothing to do with the current promotion.

Always seems a little mad at this site. I never use the drive through as it seems to take an age. They're also not great at getting any modifications to orders right. I think they're that focused on churning quantity out sometimes for the deliveroo drivers turning up that the focus on not putting items on or adding items gets lost. Can't say I've been here more than a handful of times and I'm yet to ever get the order right on the first attempt.

Should have gone through the drive through and waited 20 minutes for food with the 30 cars that was queued up. Clearly only cars about takeaways like just eat and user eats not your actual customers who come in store 🙄 orders food at 17.44, for served at 18.06 also ordered a large tea and got half a cup full.... waste of time and money

This is the third time I came here to grab mc flurry ice cream. It is the same every time, you queue in the drive through for 25 min just to be let know that they don't do it. What I would suggest is rather than displaying seasonal ice cream on your screens and making people queue for it, just let them know what isn't available. It'll save someone frustration and waste all that time. Poor management.
