Unfortunately I can't leave a 5 star review...before covid morrisons used to do a good size veggie breakfast for a fair price. However over the last 2 years we have visited a few different morrisons cafés including this one. The food has sadly gone downhill...fast. the portions are small & now overpriced. The food doesn't even taste nice anymore, also this is the 3rd time we've been to a morrisons café to have a food and found some of the cafe staff shouting at each other. Not ideal or professional. Perhaps the staff are under pressure and haven't the support?Needless to say we won't be returning to any of the morrisons now.

I wanted prawn sandwiches for lunch but they didn't have any so I ordered 2 fried eggs on toast. What a mistake. The eggs were swimming in grease and it was sunflower spread not butter. It tasted awful and I ended up leaving it. This cafe has seriously gone downhill since COVID. I will not eat here again.

Fantastic, the best cooked breakfast I've had in years. The canteen staff were lovely. I wish i could give this place 10 stars xx

Its not the first time you come in at 17:30pm and get told.Sorry no fishSorry no chickenSorry no scrambled eggSorry sorry sorry.....If you have it on the menu then have the bloody food at mealtimes.

The worst breakfast we had ever eaten and it wasn't quite warm, my partner found a hair on the sausage and the worst thing is that we waited for an hour for food !!!!!!And also the tables were very dirty and sticky.

Stopped off for a bite to eat, cheap and cheerful good sized portions and tasty too.My couple of negative points were that they did not seem to have quite a few menu items (we went in at 12.15 on a week day) it wasn't super busy so it was disappointing to be told that they could not do the first three menu dishes selected. The staff seemed to be quite slow & were not able to answer the simple question "where is the milk for the tea" first staff member pointed in a vague direction, second one directed me to a cold drinking milk cooler that had a bottle of milk inside it, I asked a third staff member what I could put the milk in & got blank looks, after settling on an extra cup and sitting down I spotted where the milk potions for the tea actually were, but the three people I asked all seemed unaware of the answer to this simple question. So plus points for the quality of the food, minus one for the staff & stock.

18th April 2019We nipped in as we didn't realise that it was and we felt a bit hungry. I just fancied a cream tea, unfortunately the selection of cakes on offer wasn't to my liking. So I asked the assistant called Shannon if I could choose another cake she said yes. I was most impressive with her level of customer service skills. Keep up the good work.Great service with a smile. My friend and I enjoyed our cream tea,

Unfortunately this cafe has slipped downhill , you can tell the staff find it hard to cope when it gets half full , at this point every aspect goes downhill. Will not be using again. I don't blame the staff , it just looks liked they are understaffed.

The food and service are always really good in here. Good value for money

I ordered 3 poached eggs and 4 rashers of bacon for breakfast. It turned up literally as I'd just sat down. Eggs were stone cold. All three. Not going there again.
