Bridge Cafe in South Holland

Even though the service was nice, Unfortunately they charged us for full prices of the deal which was ordered (sandwiches and Cullen Skink), bread was dry and like would be 7 days old, tasted awful, then not brought the sandwiches at the same time with the soup, and such a disappointment paid for all this 37 instead of 28 which still would not worth at all. Definitely not recommended and not coming back!

A return visit to here for lunch before checking in to our hotel at airport. Got a table in the very busy outdoor seating area. Luvly welcome from staff, ordered a haggis and cheese brown bread sandwich with a bowl of cullen skink, and a chicken and bacon club sandwich. All food freshly made and very tasty. Enjoyed our visit, perfect location at the railway bride, great for people watching too. Worth a visit :) :)

What a Gem. Lovely restaurant with a lovely location. Décor represents the Forth Bridge and its history. Different seating areas for eating, chilling and outside sun moments. They offer GF options. We had a lovely breakfast and took a walk along the beach. Fair prices.

Amazing dining experience a breathtaking view of the bridges. It's full of history and has a good feel to it. A bonus is to watch the Instore train. Lovely meals had my first time tasting Cullen skink. Wow how amazing it tasted worth a visit just for that

Great doing point before it after the boat cruise under the bridges.Mostly caters for large meals, but does have some sandwiches, baked potatoes and small plates too.Good drinks selection, great service and a friendly atmosphere

Tempura was very nice, along with the chicken and haggis, will defenitely visit again at some point!(Plug sockets available at some tables so you can charge your phone :)

We had cheese and haggis toasties,chips and a cake.The toastie came with a lovely salad with dressing.Loads of chips.The treacle tart with cream was £7.50 which was a total rip off but toasties were brilliant. Service was really good and everything came at once including the coffee.The view from here is amazing.People sitting outside and there are heaters on the table.We had a lovely day out.

Some things were great: the view, the food, and that it was dog friendly, but too many mistakes were made with our meal to warrant any more than two stars. There were only 4 of us but the gentleman taking our order didn't do it very carefully and made several errors including two wrong egg orders and an incorrect coffee. A different gentleman forgot my coffee order later as well. Two of the three breakfasts were missing potato scones, also. I didn't feel like there was a warm welcome at all either. I'd recommend trying somewhere else in the area.

Nice restaurant with super views over the Firth of Forth and its bridges.However, food was just ok. Cullen skink was very heavy on cream when it's meant to be milk abd butter. Flavour was good but it was too thick.Sandwiches were not bad at all. Just a lot of mayo to be honest. We did enjoy the fish pie and the beef pie quite a lot tho.
