Caffe Nero in South Holland

Coffee exelent, food first class, staff very efficient and very welcoming.

Went for coffee and snacks with my daughter on Saturday morning. The vegan ‘sausage roll’ and vegan cheesecake were delicious and the service was fantastic. Iced americano with a splash of coconut milk was also really tasty.

Amazing friendly efficient staff. Always clean and tidy, even when it’s busy. Masks are always worn. Staff are always cleaning touch points and wearing ppe when handling food. Makes you feel very safe.

The staff at Neros in Springfields are always friendly and bubbly. They are really on the ball you don’t have to wait long even when the queue is long. The thing I love is that tables are always cleared and clean. They also make great coffee! Thank you 😊

Fantastic service, fast, friendly and they highlighting new items such as their vegan croissant that is a particular favourite for Chris. I have the almond croissant with my coconut cappuccino, Happy Times when visiting the team there!

They only had one lady working at the time and a line was forming. After ordering we got our drink quickly but the panini and porridge took about 10 minutes. The service needs improving.
