Domino's Pizza in South Holland

I was watching my pizza being made, after they were ready they put them on the side, I asked them to give me my pizza they said that they were not for me. 30 min later they gave the pizza that were put on the side, cold and tasteless. Arrogant employees, bad customer service and low hygiene.

Ordered 3 pizzas for the family. Waited 2 hours! At 22.45 we called domino’s. They said that they forget our order und cancelled it.

Very nice and clean premises. Very friendly employees, they know how to communicate and understand what one is ordering. Personally, I was on Wednesday, December 15 between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. and I made a special order for pizza without tomato sauce and the incredibly attentive staff made the perfect meal. 100% recommended.👍👍👍

Ordered pizza, never got it.Called to let them know I never received my order, and that it was still open 18 hours later. Was asked to stay on hold for 10 minutes. Absolute waste of time. This is a kindergarten, not a restaurant! Totally inept service!

There was a METAL PIECE in the pulled beef pizza!!! My boyfriend's tooth hurts right now from biting on it - don't even want to think what would've happened if he swallowed it!After calling about this all we got offered was a new pizza......

Unbelievable. We ordered 2 pizzas and were waiting outside because of COVID-19 regulations during December. After waiting for 40 minutes, I entered and asked If everything's ok. They simply said "sorry, I told someone to come out" without offering any discount or free coupon.

Worst Domino's I have ever been to. Make sure you get the receipt as they will not ask and charge you extra. My total bill was suppose to be 18.90 and they charge me 24 later on when I asked for the rest they instead give me 2 euros. This is a scam. Furthermore very rude cashier especially the blonde girl working there around 8:45 pm on 15th of December 2020.

Not your usual dominos pizza. The staff here lacks basic manners and the kitchen place is unhygienic. I have seen the staff eating the toppings with their bare hands. I prefer ordering the pizza online, the staff always mess my order especially when I order extra topping. I have never received pizzas which were as per my request. Most of the times they don’t add my toppings. And there is no point to complain as customer service is non existent. Go here if you are hungry and need a quick grab. Taste is okayish and quality is substandard.

Pizza was fine, but they forgot to put butter or garlic on my garlic bread. They sent a new one twenty minutes later. Unfortunately they barely put any butter or garlic on this one. See picture below. Really dissatisfied.

Bunch of jokers working at the cash counter.. They are not only impolite but very disrespectful. The employee at the counter didn't even ask us our name and the picture below summaries everything. Even when your drunk don't go there!
