Had a great experience at Franky and Benny's... The food was lovely and so were the staff... Good atmosphere too

Service was amazing, quick food and drinks. We had a great waitress called Nell - when we made a spillage and broke a glass by accident she was very lovely and kind and quickly had it sorted out and even gave us a fresh drink. We had a birthday cake and she was also very good with that - thank you Nell😁

Good food and service however there was a large group of several families allowing their children to run around and mess around with one of the exit doors right next to us and hand sanitiser. Having already moved away from them once because of how loud they were we were now committed to another table with food. Nice food but frustrating atmosphere.

My sister and I went here for dinner to try the Christmas menu.We wanted the 3 course set menu, when ordered we were told none of the starters were available but we could choose a starter off the main menu so we did. Our food came and it was very tasty, fresh and piping hot.After pudding I asked for a coffee but the coffee machine wasn't working.When we asked for the bill they had charged us extra for the starters! As not included in the set menu which wasn't explained at ordering we had assumed our starters would be included as all the set menu starters were unavailable??We had a lovely evening just disappointed with our experience this time.

Expensive and basic, underwhelming! My wife sent her food back :-( However the good news is you’ll get a table as it’s quiet.

Fantastic food and service! Good value and do military discount too, no question was too big and we didn't have to wait long for food even though it was busy! Our waitress Nell was also very helpful and super! Will definitely be back

We have been to this restaurant many times and the food is pleasant. Service was good and although busy there were no delays with food

Great food with excellent friendly and efficient service. The food was tasty but the desert left a little to be desired “hot cookie dough” for example was barely Luke warm.I removed a star for;- were not told what wasn’t available until we were ordering- deserts weren’t quite what was expected- pricing is quite high for what you get.- “self service” ordering and bill not working, gives error on phoneWith all of the above in mind I would say that the pro’s far outweigh the cons and that this place is worth a visit.

Visited with very low expectations, which proved to be the case. I ordered the chicken burger that I believed would be a healthy grilled chicken breast, but was presented with an overcooked deep fried breast thrown into a bun with a sprinkle of lettuce. Tasteless and dry. My wife ordered the barbeque beef brisket pizza (I know, not a great choice for pizza), this could only be described as a car crash of ingredients. The pizza came with very little beef, and was covered with a sickly combination of cheap tasting sweet sauce. My nine year old child could have closed her eyes, picked a number of ingredients, thrown it onto a base, and I would not bet against it being worse. Needless to say that the pizza was only half eaten. Amazing to think that someone in the company had actually given the green light for this to go onto the menu. It is important to note that these items are charged at a near premium rate, and you would get better quality at a Wetherspoons for much cheaper. For chicken, Peck Peck is amazing, and for pizza Zia Lucia both based in London are recommended.
