I love this place. It was my second time and they never disappoint. The chef table experience is great. I recommend it, however if you are in a big group be prepared to have your veg and rice going cold by the time your meat or fish are ready

I went 3 or 4 years ago and wasn't impressed. A friend from work suggested a group table and we had a great time. Food was great, quick timing in getting food out and very friendly staff. We were on an interactive table where they cooked in front of us and it was really fun.

Absolute fantastic experience and the food is incredible.The chefs are clearly very skilled and have great humour and interact massively while cooking. Went for the first time and already looking to book to go back.

We went for the sushi, though glanced and watched a little of the teppanyaki show that was going on. The place is large and well decorated. The food came out quickly. We ordered one of the Chef's platters as it came with an assortment of sushi, as well as a couple of additional rolls.The food was good, though the roll with sweet chili sauce was a bit overpowering with the sauce, so we scrapped it off to enjoy the roll. The portions for the sashimi were HUGE! The menu for the sushi is not large, but there are still enough options to enjoy a good dinner.

This place was absolutely incredible. Booked to take my Wife for her 40th Birthday as she loves sushi and had been wanting to try here for a long time. The whole experience, from booking right through to payment was brilliant. Upon arrival we were greeted by the ever so friendly staff and seated at our Chef's teppanyaki table. We were explained about some of the dishes we werent so sure about and made our choices. Then arrived our Chef for the night "Mr Miagi" (Neil). He immediately acknowledge it was my Wife's birthday and bought her a cocktail on him, sang Happy Birthday to her and while beginning the initial cooking even got her behind the grill to have a go herself. The food he prepared for us all was up there with some of the best ever. Thank you to all the staff and especially Neil for making my Wife's 40th so memorable for her!!

We had a Lovely meal here, food was very fresh and tasty. Lovely staff. We will be back and will be ordering for delivery as well.

This was my first visit to a Japanese restaurant. The whole experience was amazing. The food was fantastic especially as you got to see it being cooked right infront of you. Neil the chef was excellent. He explained everything and made us feel at ease while cooking plus throwing in some jokes. I would definitely recommend Katana to others who have never tried Japanese food.

Absolutely stunning food and presentation. One of the best places to eat there is. Amazing!
