McDonald's in South Holland

Got an ice cream, took reciept and filled in survey online, sent me a code for a big mac and fries, for £1.99 , tasted even better at that price, , never throw away your reciept

Nice friendly helpful staff lovely hot fresh food great value for money willbe back soon.

Mcdonalds it's pretty much a copy and paste and we go for the grub, not the service... However, we were taking our toddler for a treat and decided to go to the South Queensferry cafe (the one on Telford Road always has its doors wide open and too many delivery drivers in and out) and we were pleasantly looked after by 2 of the female floor staff (sorry I didn't take a note of their names) who took the time to stop and chat to our 2 year old.

Myself and my wife visited this south Queensferry McDonald's for a wee treat for dinner on sat 5/3/22 at 19.20 for a take out order I went inside and used the screen to order the food as I like a plain double big Mac I have a allergy to cheese so I like the screen as it's easy to order without stuff on the burger 🍔 so wee get our order head down to ferry and start to eat our food and it had cheese nothing else on it no pickles or big Mac sauce just cheese on the bottom bun so because of this and how far wee traveled from the restaurant wee where unable to return to complain in person "check Ur order before u leve "

Good food,fast service and not overflowing with Just Eat delivery people unlike other Macdonald's I've been too.

I stood waiting for half an hour and then was rudely told that happy meals can't go in a bag and the bag that the fries were in was the bag I paid for....another lady did jump in and got me a bag so I could carry it to the car but it had taken that long that the kids had fell asleep and ended up having to bin it so waste of time and money

Could have been better and one very annoying member of staff hovering to close being nice wanting to make conversation but sorry too close and too annoying 3 times in 10 minutes. Just met me eat my food while you don't stand so close while I order, while I wait, while I ate.

Friendly staff but not efficient. Ordered from SQF drive through on boxing Day. Received only part of the order that was paid for. Someone went hungry that lunchtime.

Awful! My wife ordered (on the app) a chicken feast (the new Christmas one) they didn't out it in the bag as they had missed it on the order offered me a beef burger in the roll instead and when told that she was after the chicken they chucked in a normal chicken burger not the proper one with "real" chicken. Additional to this they missed out our mcflurry ice cream and a portion of chips. Ordinarily I would have complained instore but we were driving when we discovered the problems! There was also another 5 or 6 people complaining about similar issues when we were there. The worst McDonald's experience I have ever had!

Really disappointed with my take away order from the McDonald's at South Queensferry. We had just gotten home from a long journey and decided to get a McDonald's for our tea. Ordered a triple cheese burger and when I unwrapped it at home it looked like it had been dropped kicked from its preparation station to the packing station, also this and the other burgers and fries were cold and need to be reheated in the microwave and tasted like they had been sat there for a while. Not impressed.
