Prezzo - Spalding in South Holland

Came here for lunch with friends, from the moment we entered we was greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome. Our server was so helpful and definitely made our night enjoyable. The food was lovely, there was a slight mistake with one of the orders, but this was quickly sorted with minimal fuss. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you

Booked a table for 2 for valentines meal with my husband a few weeks in advance. The day before the booking I rang to request if we could have 2 of the desserts on one plate to share and if it would be possible to write ‘happy valentines day’ or anything like that on the plate. The food was not what we expected, the fries were cold and the pasta sauce very watery. After we had finished our main course the waitress asked if we would like a dessert I told her I spoke to someone on the phone the day before and arranged it and she had no clue what I was talking about so I had to explain it all again which kind of ruined the surprise for my husband. I wouldn’t come here again it was a bit of a let down.

Arrived a little earlier than booking, wasn’t a problem and greeted with a smile. Booth as requested (seating material could do with being replaced, cracked and very worn)Dawid waited on our table and what a very polite, hard working young man he is, nothing was too much trouble and we were given time between courses as requested (I’m a terribly slow eater). Food was presented on warm plates, yet fries in cold bowls 🤷🏼‍♀️.Would go back again and Dawid is definitely an asset to the restaurant for someone so young with such good standard of service and manners is rarely seen these days, excellent service with a smile 😀 x

Great atmosphere, good assortment of wines and amazing services, thank you to Magda for always being so kind and polite.Wouldn't recommend to a connoisseur of the Italian cuisine, as Prezzo's recipes slightly differ of the original ones, however they are offering some delicious antipasti, salads and burgers.

Went to Prezzo for the 1st time won't be going back. Waiting nearly 2hrs for meal they bought bill before we had our meal mine was cold. Waited about 1/2 hr for drinks they wasn't all that busy. They were doing more take aways. There was 7 of us. Some people were eating that came in after us. Disgusting

Always good food and friendly service. They have had a challenging time recently owing to shortage of staff but they have always had a smile for you and made you welcome, well done to all the team 😀

Turned up and was greeted by a very happy enthusiastic member of the team, she didn't need a notepad for our order, all spot on,food fresh and very tasty, have to admit it has been at least 25 years Since I last graced a Prezzo and I can say it was a very pleasant experience.

Ordered gluten free pepperoni with vegan cheese due to gluten and dairy intolerance. Added extra chicken as an option. Was delivered a vegan fake pepperoni pizza. When I rang the restaurant they said it was because they were confused about the order, but they did not attempt to contact me to clarify, and instead of delivering what was ordered they took it upon themselves to assume alterations. This is the worst thing they could do for allergies or food requirements. While they offered a free pizza for next time, I'm still left with something I frankly am not interested in eating and don't particularly want to go again to take up the offer. Ruined my evening after looking forward to takeout I could actually eat for once.

Lovely place with a really nice atmosphere. Went with a few friends for dinner before going to see a show at the South Holland Centre which is only a minute walk away.Lovely decor as you walk in and the waitress was very friendly, helpful and patient with us all. Atmosphere was really nice and wasn't too busy between 6-7.Food was prompt and tasted really good. No complaints from anyone of us and we tried a variety of different items between us.The reason it looses a star is that it cost just over £22 for a pizza, desert and a coke. Not exactly great value as I wasn't blown away by the food, but I guess your paying more for the "experience" rather than a slap up cheap meal.Still a great choice for people who are looking for a night out prior to a trip to the theatre.
