Ordered took 3 hours to come called to ask where it was and was told by a young girl it’s on the way I called back a further half hour later and was told they forgot to cook our food ! gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to try 1 more time and done collection this time arrived and was told havnt had time to cook your food and stood out the shop for half hour #propalong

What happened? Food here used to be gorgeous. This was so bad we didn't eat it.

Well what can I say, years ago the burgers were nice, in a box and like the name, a proper burger, just had a jack stack and it was just flat, a mess and greasy, only ate half, chicken variety box was a mess, all thrown in one box and sauce squirted all over the place, very disappointed, won't order from there again😡

Brought 3 deserts for a treat. When got it home order was mainly wrong. Also barely edible. Waffles was hard and burnt. Never again.

This place WAS good, like really good, but when it first opened. Bach then we used to order almost every week. I used to love this place at the beginning but now it's just a disappointment, so much I have actually decided to write a review which I don't usually do.In past year the prices went up and the amount of food and the quality of both food and packaging went down.Last time my partner ordered a Juicy Lucy and it was actually really really nice, unlike the hamburger I got for myself, it was just terrible. So today I decided to get a Juicy Lucy as well, since last time it was so good, and let me tell you they (2 burgers) were absolutely NOTHING like the one my partner had the previous time. I can literally compare today's Jucy Lucy to the terrible burger I have had previously. And the chips that smelt burned without actually being burned, that is just amazing how that was done...So, so disappointed

Firstly the burgers we had were great. Great value for money and a fantastic variety.Our issue was the seasoning on the chips. They were all completely covered in it. For someone that likes that then great but for us we had 4 in our household that didnt and all ended up in the kitchen cooking something else.For us it would have been nice to have seen something stating on the website that this is how they come.
